Prepare to be impressed! Featuring breathtaking views of Lake Tahoe, this townhome offers the best of everything! This luxurious mountain townhome offers a very private setting with delightful architectural details. The Montana ledge stone with a gas fireplace, massive beams, huge picture windows, and an incredible lake view deck. The kitchen has ample cabinet space for the whole family with a Lakeview! The master suite has its own gas log fireplace, private lake view deck, dual sink vanity, shower. Also, the home offers a separate office, double pane windows, outdoor Hot Tub and BBQ with Lakeview Deck and lounging area, self- contained spa on the main deck!
This rental is located in a residential neighborhood. Loud parties and disruptive behavior
are not tolerated. This neighborhood is monitored by a 24/7 call service.
● Quiet hours are 9 pm - 8 am. (Douglas County Ordinance)
● Two (2) car maximum allowed.* Renters will be issued a parking permit which they must
display onthe driver's side dashboard of their vehicle. Failure to park in the designated
parking spaces and/ordisplay the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500
to the owner of the vehicle.
● Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQs are strictly prohibited.
● During inclement winter weather either 4WD and snow tires, or 2WD and chains are
required toaccess this Unit. All guests must move all vehicles within 24 hours of a snow
storm.
● All dogs must be on a leash at all times and owners must pick up feces immediately and
dispose of them in an appropriate trash container or dumpster.
Only 2 cars allowed at all times.

Host was very welcoming and was even able to accommodate an early check in. Took the family there for Thanksgiving and it met all of our needs. Great spot with a fantastic view!!!

Spectacular views and great location

The views of Lake Tahoe and the surrounding area are amazing from this property. It is located near the town of South Lake Tahoe as well as beaches, parks, and hiking trails. The house was as billed with nice amenities.

House was ok , but the view is what you come here for. 10 Min from Nevada beach. 15 min from heavenly village. Lots of old worn steps up to the house , no AC , dated furniture and no furniture then deck draw back from the appeal a bit. Hot tub didn’t work while we were there , but we enjoyed our time in Tahoe

Like: beautiful view to wake up to every morning and every evening to see the sunset! Large spacious home! Hot tub and lots of available towels, laundry room, spacious pantry, spacious master bedroom with the view, full kitchen necessities, Disliked: lots of stairs; not friendly for senior citizens. Refrigerator shelves were broken and could not use, trash disposal was broken, trash bins very far away from the house and not friendly to have to put your dirty smelly trash inside your car just to throw it out (but understandable due to bears) but still an inconvenience for guests. The rental property should be in charge of disposing of the trash as long as we get it ready downstairs before we check out. 2 rooms did not have curtains or blinds for privacy for the guests staying in those 2 rooms.

Amazing view!

Have to say the best thing about this property was the view. You could see all of Lake Tahoe. It was just stunning. The property itself is clean well managed, and everything they advertise. They could use more toilet paper rolls but other than that it was perfect

Nice Place

Nice big place, 5 bedrooms,3 baths. Great views and hot tub. Plenty of room for our group of 8. Nice kitchen with plenty of cook ware. Wi-Fi speed was good. Huge master bedroom with beautiful walk-in shower. Washer and dryer off of kitchen. Close to Boulder ski lift. We would stay there again; it had the most magnificent view from our balconies and hot tub.

Beautiful lake view

Very nice house, it really makes you feel like you are out in the woods. Sean was very helpful throughout the whole way it took some time when reserving for over a month. Thank you so much! The view from the balcony is beautiful. Started snowing when we left and it was a great experience, my kids loved it we are all reserved for next skiing season!

Tahoe holiday

We had a great time during our stay at Tahoe. The flat is huge with great amenities. Kitchen is well equipped except for the oven as there wasn't a single oven dish! Hot tub was a success but the steps down to it can be a little perilous after a snowfall. The view is as nice as on the pictures. Showers were great with a lot of nice toiletries provided. Great gesture by the agency as they offered a nice bottle of red wine and a sparkling wine as it was my birthday! thank you.

Great stay! Lovely view!

We stayed for four nights in late June. We had a party of eight adults and one 2 year old child. The property met our needs very well with plenty of room for everyone, a kitchen that met our needs well, and fantastic views of Lake Tahoe and the surrounding landscapes. The broadband wifi met our needs for the few that unfortunately had to do a little work, streaming movies and sports, and facetiming family that could not be there. If anyone in your party has issues with stairs this might not be the best property for you. We enjoyed the outdoor decks, the hot tub, and having a very large washer and dryer to use. We got excellent 5G cell phone reception at the house. Highly recommended and the staff were all very helpful.

Tahoe home

The view was really the only thing positive about the house. The hot tub was broken and unusable. Many windows didn't have coverings making sleeping tough in addition to uncomfortable bedding and linens. The windows and doors didn't lock which was unsettling. Many basic amenities such as hand soap were not provided. In general the home felt run down and under equipped. It needs some serious updates before it would feel safe and worth the price of rental for people to stay in.

Hello, We stayed at 755 Bigler Court B, from June 4th through June 7th. We got there around 10 pm Sunday night. As we were moving our stuff into the house we noticed how rickety the stairs to the main entrance are, my elderly parents had a hard time navigating them and they are in good shape for their age. We moved all of our stuff in and went to the master bedroom where there was a moth infestation, we tried to get as many as we could out but more of them they multiplied over night. The kitchen was poorly stocked, no wine glasses, wine opener or can opener. The smaller sofa in the living area was also infested with ants. We really enjoyed the view but there were no deck chairs to sit out and enjoy it. Our overall experience left a lot to be desired. The photos online were very deceiving and the property did not live up to the expectations we had.

3 Weeks at Stateline

I had the wonderful opportunity to stay at this home for 3 weeks. Here is what I and my guest enjoyed about the home. 1. The view of the lake and surrounding mountains is incredible!! I never was tired of looking out the windows! 2. The Property Manager was INCREDIBLE! Very responsive! Thank you Julio. 3. The furniture was comfortable including beds, linens, and towels. 4. The home was decorated nicely. 5. The Hot Tub was wonderful! 6. Washer and dryer along with dish washer worked well. 7. Very nice Master BR. Some other comments. 8. The kitchen is a bit small but we did cook several nice meals. The tile countertop needs to be replaced. It was hard to keep clean. 9. There was NO basic TV to watch!! There was internet connection, but no just basic cable or streaming services supplied. Everyone was annoyed by that. 10. The Garbage disposal and steam shower in the master BR was not working. 11. The house is at 7500’ and subject to some pretty intense storms. As a result, some repairs to the exterior and around sliding glass doors was noticed. 12. Some items that show wear include the window blinds in several of the rooms; the bathrooms but not the master, the carpet in places, the wood front steps. Thanks for the memories!

Amazing Views from Summit village, but,...

The views in heaven will have a hard time beating the views from this unit. It sits directly atop the mountain ridge between the lake and the Carson Valley, and the master bedroom and living room look out over the whole lake. The master bedroom is beautifully furnished. But let's be frank - it comes at a premium price, at which you expect certain standards. And sadly, this unit has been neglected. The unit is pitched for up to 10, but came with only 5 dilapidated dining chairs whose legs buckled under the weight of an adult. When we complained, they promptly replaced them, which saved 1 star. The unit has a hot tub, but the water is very murky - obviously not maintained. The sliding doors and screens are original, and in dire need of an upgrade. The kitchen is poorly equipped, although we bought a few items to leave behind for others. The living room layout is designed for show, not actual usage, as the large TV is mounted above the main sofa, so you can't watch it. This property has tremendous potential because of its location, but without a serious effort to maintain it, it's not worth the premium price.

I stayed at Property No. 755B on 08/09-08/10.I want to complaint 1.There are a lots of dust on the floor,Very dirty 2. No tissue paper. 3. No wine opener 4. No coffe or tea 5. No air dryer 6. No Shampoo No Bart shower 7.I got comfirm Email that allow me to check out at 11:00am . But this morning I got an Email and text telling me to leave the property at 10:00 AM. I want to know why I need to rush like that? This is a VERY BAD SERVICE that I never got before . Before coming here, I received many emails. Tell me to pay the deposit 2500$ shocked me so much. I texted and asked no one answered. I paid very high rent but did not get good service and not comfortable .
