This 4th floor, ocean view unit, is in a mostly owner occupied high rise condominium in the Arcadian Dunes section of Myrtle Beach. This beautifully renovated unit has updated bathrooms and kitchen. Each bedroom has a large flat screen TV, ensuite bath and balcony access.

Amazing place

We loved the condo; the amenities, the furniture and the views were outstanding. We had a great 4th of July family reunion there. Its close to many things which makes it even better.

Great condo

My family and I stay at Maisons twice a year. This was the first time booking this condo. The condo looks exactly like the pictures. Upon entering you’re immediately hit with a clean, fresh smell. Whoever cleans this condo does an amazing job, it was spotless. If you wanted to clean yourself, there’s plenty of cleaning supplies in the laundry room. The views are amazing from this unit. Plenty of closet space in both rooms. I love how they provided extra blankets in the closets, we used them while lounging in the living room. I love to cook and was really impressed with the appliances. I have nothing bad to say about the condo. A few suggestions: larger pots, updated cooking utensils and a spice rack with basic spices. And maybe a foam wedge pillow stopper to keep the pillows from falling in between the gap in the master bedroom. We had a great time and will definitely book this condo again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely stay! The condo is nicely updated. We only had 2 issues. There was quite a bit of hair left from previous guests(I assume) and bathmats were not clean. I rewashed the sheets as they had hairs on them and small stains.Once I'd washed everything and cleaned the floors myself it was perfect! Unfortunately one afternoon we came back to find someone had been in the unit and we had never been notified in any way that someone would be in the unit while we were gone.Not to mention they left a large vent off and equipment around and we had children with us that we needed to keep away from everything. We called NBR and they immediately made inquires as to why our unit was entered and sent their own maintenance personnel to figure out what was going on. It was handled very professionally.Overall the building/unit was nice, the location was excellent and I would definitely recommend this property!

Excellent location & property

This property is located in nice quiet part of the town not far from all amenities, right on the beach. Cleaning services needs to up their game. Shower and few other things were dirty. They charge cleaning fees but looks like it was not done or done bare minimum. Overall is a good stay.

Condo has 2 queens where my teens slept and a king bed in the master BR. Everything was in great shape and had everything you need for a week of fun.North Beach Realty was very good. Any interaction I had with them was professional and friendly. I will happily do business with them next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival, the property management company was friendly and process was quick to receive the condo keys. Upon entering the condo, it was meticulously clean and smelled wonderful. The view was amazing and location can’t get much better. With the 24hr security and needing access badge to get on property as well to get on the beach, I felt extremely safe allowing my teenage daughters to venture out. Not very busy due to private beach access. We had a wonderful time. I sent a list of minor items not working properly and they responded quickly. No big issues during our stay and we would definitely stay again. There are several rules the condo has and they strictly abide by those - nothing I thought was unreasonable. These are privately owned condos which is nice - no crazy parties, etc. The only downsides was another condo above us was doing construction and cutting wood on their balcony every morning early and throughout the day which was our alarm clock every morning around 8/8:30am. Pool also closes at 10 which was bit of a bummer for my kids. This was a very quiet and relaxing stay with amazing views in an upscale condo. We would definitely stay again.
