About this property

Beautiful 2nd fl. condo with balcony, across the street from the beach.

Beautiful secluded 2nd floor condo with a balcony for your pleasure. There is another condo below it, both recently completely remodeled with a full kitchen and granite countertops. Parking is right in front marked as unit B. Iconic restaurants and lounges, great coffee/bakery shop just across the street, including the famous Mahuffers bar literally few steps away. Mini golf with live alligators is just a block and a half down the road. You can catch a trolley right up front, and visit Clearwater Beach to the north, St. Pete beach to the south, and many other beaches in between. Also, John's Pass is to the south with lots of stores and restaurants, and other attractions. There is a secluded patio in the back with a new gas grill, tables and chairs for your use. The beach wagon with folding chairs, umbrella, and kids toys are under the staircase and are there for your use as well. We welcome you with a complementary bottle of wine located in the wine rack. We have coconut trees, palm trees, the beach is across the street just 600 feet away, and plenty of Florida sunshine.

This place was a great get away for me and my wife. The place has everything you need for a great vacation. Walking distance to the beach which was not far at all. Front row access to a coffee shop and bar. Would recommend going here for a relaxing getaway!

We can’t wait to return in November! The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of pots and pans and place settings. You can definitely save some money by cooking in. It’s a short walk to the beach and a bar with live music close by. We found our new go to spot whenever we want to get away! The host was very quick to respond to my questions.

The house is located in a convenient area, just steps from the beach. It’s close to great restaurants and a café for breakfast. If you enjoy cooking at home, the house has everything you need to prepare your meals. Highly recommended.

Great location! Its a 5 minute walk to the beach...if that. Have a kid traveling with you? The host has beach toys under the stairway that you can borrow! Including a wagon, chairs and umbrella!!! The host was very accommodating. The TV in the bedroom wasnt working. He stopped by to fix it, and when he wasn't able to-he went out and bought a new TV for us! Great hospitality! We will definitely book again on our next stay.

Great location right across from the beach. Coffee shop, restaurants, and other small stores nearby. Right off the main road but tucked back. Good spot for walking the beach in the morning. Cleaner came right before we checked in so we knew it was clean.

Condo was clean, mostly well equipped. Had shampoo and soaps listed however there was none. Both filters on the fridge need replaced. Also there was NO HOT WATER. 1st night assumed it was a usage issue with the downstairs condo. Next day no hot water. Tried both sinks and shower. Nothing. Messaged the host who said he would look into it, however received no update or remedy for it. Was forced to have my 4 and 7 year old take cold showers 3 nights in a row. My brother stayed down the road and had a lamp not working and his host showed up to take care of it. Wasn’t going to post anything had the issue been resolved or at least attempted to be fixed.
