Clean and easy

Easy check-in. Dylan was very responsive. There were a few things that need a screw replaced or tightened but I’m sure that will be fixed soon. House was very clean, nicely furnished and had ample space for our family of 7. Kitchen had everything we needed and there is driveway parking. The immediate neighborhood wasn’t the greatest but it is a quick drive to everywhere you’d want to go in St Pete!

Nice size house for our family.

The house was perfect for our family. Location was easy to get to the beaches where we were attending a family wedding. The host was great in communicating with us and answering any questions that we had.

Perfect Stay

Brand new house exactly as advertised. Short drive to downtown St. Pete. Backyard and off-street parking were great features. Owner always responded quickly.

Great place close to everything!!

We were at this property for 5 days and although the neighborhood appears a bit sketchy, the neighbors are very friendly and welcoming!! Close to the beach (10 min) shopping, and sporting events! Great place!!
