Peaceful and quiet! 15 minutes to beach, and about 20 to St. Augustine or Jacksonville.

Excellent place to stay

Loved loved LOVED this little apartment. Spacious, spotlessly clean, huge TV, luxury kitchen, great A/C, and just 10 mins from the beach and loads of restaurants, would 100% recommend!

Our stay of 30 days worked out very well here. This place had everything we needed.

We would recommend a stay here it worked out well for our experience of an extended stay. Close to shopping, & great restaurants. The host was very helpful.

The Reserve at Nocatee: A Great Vacation

The Reserve is a beautiful location and the condo was very nice. The Reserve is near the beaches and many golf courses. The pool area is spectacular. The only thing that was difficult was there was no elevator and we were on the second floor.

Was very nice and cozy for the weekend!

Wasn’t too far from store and shops. Everything was pretty much less than a 30 minute drive

Exactly what we needed

We were in a transitional stage and John made the checkin process so easy. It was clean and the surroundings we’re beautiful. Definitely recommend this property.

Owner/manager was disrespectful/unavailable/irresponsible.

Trash Had been left open at the front of the unit’s door. Had a lot of questions and it took four text messages trying to speak with the owner. Finally, when we agreed it made sense to meet, we waited around for a half an hour, and the owner never showed. It turned out that the owner was renting the unit and then sub renting at a significant profit via VRBO.

Fantastic apartment in a great location

This apartment looked so great on the web site, I was ready to be disappointed by the real thing - but if anything, it was nicer than what I was expecting! Good size apartment, nice firm bed, great A/C, big bathroom, massive walk-in closet, huge TV with Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV, Amazon etc all pre-loaded, comfortable living area, fully equipped kitchen - just perfect! And best of all were our communications with Jhon the host - very organised, very responsive, very friendly and very helpful! We will 100% stay here again.

Nocatee Value

Clean, quiet, but no elevator. We stayed 8 days and was only provided two towels and wash clothes for two people. No housekeeping during stay. But the value was worth the stay.

It did not start out well, the unit was not cleaned by cleaning service when we arrived. After many hours on phone with VRBO they put us up for the 1st night of our stay in a hotel. We finally got in touch with host and he sent a secondary cleaning crew in to clean, empty trash, wash and dry bedding, etc. that night but we had already checked in hotel for the night.

The property was great i would recommend it to anyone i know the only problem was getting the key i received an email that said someone would meet us at the unit to give us the key an answer any questions we waited 3 hours before we got it straighted out my husband is on oxygen an only had 1 hr left we were very frantic

We arrived at 6 pm and the apartment wasn’t ready bc of cleaning crew . ( I think check in is listed for 3 ) also we were only provided 2 washcloths . We bought a couple at Publix and left them for next ppl . Also, idk if its important to you but no tv in bedroom . The place is nice but very basic . I wouldn’t call it luxury but it was a fair price

Dog Lovers

If you have a dog, this the perfect place for you. What’s to love: you can bring your dog. The only Nocatee rental and use of amenities. Clean. What’s not to love: as a previous review said, it is not luxury. It is basic. You have the basic kitchen necessities but if you really like to cook, the kitchen is really just basic. It could use a blender. In another review, they mentioned the towel situation. If you decide to stay longer bring your own extra towels. Bring your own pool towels. Bring your own hangers, as there are none. There is no dresser. While normally not a problem for us when we rent a pet friendly place, it was very clear that dogs love this place. For us, it triggered our allergies. The owner was very responsive if you texted him, so communication was good. The check in process … there is no keyless entry, there is no lock box for the key, so you have to arrange a key pick up and drop off. For me, this would be a place for a few nights if you have a dog. The dog park is next door. For a longer term stay, I would not stay.

I stayed here while waiting for my new home to close. It was close to stores and restaurants and well set up inside. I'd stay there again if I needed a temporary home.

Quiet and Convenient

John was a great host! Quiet place to relax or study, also near restaurants and shopping areas. If you have pet allergies this will not be suitable for you. Many neighbors have large dogs.

I believe our Medical Professionals Deserve the best locations to come home relax and unwind. Our Apartment units along with the best Amenities is the place to be!
