Enjoy a private house on top of a hill. Relax with beautiful sunsets and panoramic views over the Texas Hill Country. Located less than 3 miles to the 290 Wine Trail, Breweries and Shopping. Less than 9 miles to Pedernales Falls State Park.

This home is a truly customized experience. Whether it is the large, window paned garage door in the living room overlooking the Hill Country or the super comfortable living area with the extra large ceiling fan keeping a constant breeze on you…..it’s about comfort here! We want to welcome you to our fun experiment that we have enjoyed putting together over the past couple of years. Our family loves to be outside and to try new things. So we said….hey let’s buy some land, build a “Garagedaminium” and get some fresh air away from the city and have a place to go on weekends. What happened over the next couple years was truly an experience and we are excited for others to enjoy this amazing property and experience all that Johnson City, Fredericksburg and the other fun, unique towns have to offer.

As they say, it’s location, location, location. This property is 3 minutes away from downtown Johnson City, but you are on 10 acres of land! Our unique build gives you all of the views you can ask for in a fully furnished home with 3 - yes 3 independent AC units at your disposal.

We are so excited to welcome you to this property and make your experience as memorable as possible. If you're looking for views that never end and stars that go on forever you've found the right place. You have the space to relax and get lost in your thoughts, but at the drop of a hat you can be in Johnson City or on Highway 290 to visit the wineries and historic Fredericksburg within minutes.
