Nuestro paseo en condominio es meticulosamente mantenido y limpio. Hemos equipado completamente este condominio con todo lo que necesita para una estadía cómoda y agradable. Cama de matrimonio y sofá cama doble, cocina totalmente equipada, refrigerador con máquina de hielo, muebles de patio, parrilla eléctrica para que pueda relajarse y disfrutar de la vista al lago mientras hace una barbacoa desde su propio balcón. No fumar y no mascotas. Nade en la piscina Lakeside, o puede pescar o nadar en uno de los muchos muelles equipados con escaleras de natación.

I have stayed at this rental before. It is in a great location close to everything with amazing views of the lake main channel. The price is great for what you get and the atmosphere is family friendly. Great for a nice relaxing getaway!

Nothing better than enjoying the beautiful scenery that the lake has to offer from our deck. You can see boats running up and down the main channel, the complexes newly renovated pool area and not to mention the fish and other water life you can view.

This is the perfect little place to get away for the weekend or even longer. It has everything needed. Bed is super comfy, pool is perfect, it’s very clean and communication with host is excellent. We will definitely be back!!!!!!!!

This is the second time we’ve stayed win Don & his wife just stayed in different condo this time. It fits exactly what we needed. We were there for thanksgiving with family. I have never really had a more pleasant experience with any other host they are great. Will be using them them again if we need a place to stay.

Weekend Getaway

The condo is very clean and has everything I needed. The views are amazing, you can see the main channel. The pool was refreshing and all the neighbors are very friendly. The price is very reasonable and was perfect for a relaxing getaway. I will be booking again soon!

From the time we started our business in 2003, we have made our condos affordable and enjoyable. It is always a beautiful view of the lake from our private decks at anytime of the year. We work with an excellent cleaning team that keeps our condos well maintained. You can enjoy a swim in the pool or go for a swim in the lake. Swimming ladders are at the end of all the docks. The Heron Bay Complex is a very friendly atmosphere and all are willing to help the guests that stay at the complex.

Great location

The condo is a bit dated but close to everything so real handy! Very friendly people at the complex! We were a little disappointed that the main TV in the living area wasn't working but at least there's a TV in the bedroom also and it worked fine. We enjoyed our stay and would return because of the great location!

We have been updating and will continue the updating during our off season. We find out that the TV in the living area had lost the satellite signal If we are told about the TV not working we call Spectrum and have them resend the signal. The Heron Bay Complex is located at the 21 mile marker, making it centrally located to different happenings at the lake.

The condo was nice and clean. Saw a few cobwebs inside and on the deck but otherwise was everything we needed. Had to contact the owner regarding a key and they were quick to respond and rectify the problem. Really appreciated the parking available right outside the door. I would rent from them again.

Excellent value stay

The view is actually better than what was described. Great value and location. Park in front and walk in. Minutes from the Osage Beach strip and shopping, yet very scenic and quiet condo complex. The Bay is surrounded by million $$$ homes All essentials provided. TV selection is not good but that is because of the cable provider, so be prepared. Bring a good book. Owners are very friendly.

Love the frying pans,coffeemaker,and toaster everything worked well for us. The ceiling fan and grill on deck needs some attention but they worked. The carpet has seen better days but overall good times.

We send out as part of our condo information files the following: To turn on and off tv: Press the system on/off button on left upper top of the Charter remote control. If you cannot get to the cable channels, use the TV remote (not the cable Spectrum remote) and click the menu button and scroll to the right to select HDMI2 and this will get you the cable channels. Unfortunately, we never received any communication that the TVs were not working. We tell all our guests to be contact us if there are any issues or concerns that arise during their stay so we can fix it as soon as possible. We always want our guests to have an enjoyable stay.

We own a boat and have always enjoyed being down at the lake. We wanted to have a place of our own to stay, so we thought we would extend our condo out to the public. We presently now own 4 condos in Heron Bay.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Close proximity to dinning, shopping, entertainment for the all family,golfing and fishing. Fish from the docks and some docks have crappie beds. You can either swim in the pool or take a plunge into the lake, all the docks are equipped with swim ladders. Or you may decide to take a way along the walkway around the lake or play a game of tennis.
