The home was great for our event! We had a brief hiccup at the door when we couldn’t remember the entry code, but the manager called right away and got us in within a minute. Super friendly and helpful — they made sure we had all the house info before we even hit the road. Really appreciated the quick support and smooth check-in.

Very spacious property. Was disappointed in cleanliness. The bathrooms were very clean but ceiling fans, vents were filthy. Dust and animal hair in corners and under furniture. The yard lawn was mowed but the weeds were 2 -3 feet high around fences, decks, pond, etc. The owner stopped in 3 times to get items from back deck, bring a new grill, very odd.

Amazing Home .

I was there with my family and friends. it is a beautiful place, beautiful view , nice sauna big family room , we did a karaoke, intellectual games, night tubing it is 15 min from that place. Definitely I will be back with my family. Thanks for that sweet home.

Great Sizs

The house was a great size. Everything we needed was there. It lists 9 bedrooms on the breakdown but there’s only 8. It could have been a little cleaner. Overall, we had a great time.

My review won’t justify this property enough. Just book it and have your own experience. Arthur is such a great host !!! No complaints at all. We hope to book it again next year.

Rainy weekend fun

The house had a ton of space to enjoy a rainy weekend indoors. It had a lot of beds! Most of us found them comfortable. If you're looking for rooms to be dark, bring your own window covers. It was very eclectic in decor- so.e cabin feel and some luxury feeling depending on where you were in the house. The management was very responsive to issues and took care of the hot tub not being ready for our arrival as soon as I informed him. The house wasn't what we expected, as the photos didn't really portray it well and there were some minor issues but the manager addressed them immediately.

A tired house that needs updating and care

What we saw in person vs what it looked like in the photos was jarring. I'm sure the lake house in it's day was great but now it's in need of repair and restoration from top to bottom. There were to many broken, chipped and run down items to mention. They required us to strip the beds when we left and my mattress in the main bedroom had huge stains on the mattress pad. That was disgusting. Finishes all around the house were chipped and broken and the outside spaces were dirty and uncared for. We would not want to stay here again.

Great house with a great location

The property is an end property with lots of space! We used it as our annual beer olympics location with a bunch of 40 year olds and it was great. The inside of the house was beautiful and we taken care of! One slight issue was the outside of the property. I assume this is not exactly the home owners fault as they likely pay someoen to do it, the grass/weeds surrounding the immediate property was as tall as me. The grass closest to the lake also very tall which unfortunately allows several snakes to make their way further in then we would have liked. Again the owners took amazing care of the property it was clean and all. Just the outside needed some TLC. We would def stay again though, the location and privacy was perfect. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Bummer about the Hot Tub & wood

Whilst some aspects of the house were good, others not so much: We enjoyed the vast room spaces, multiple fridges, and that boats were available for launch at the lakefront. The furniture is a little dated. The grill was greasy, and its brush unusable . The fire alarm and CO2 detector wouldn't stop beeping. Furthermore, we had to roleplay as garbage men, and take out the rubbish from the house down to a recycling location. Isn't that what we paid the $300.00 cleaning fee for? Finally, the main points of choosing this house was that it had a hot tub and sauna. However, the hot tub was not working the entire weekend, rendering it useless. It wasn't until the last night of our stay that it finally starting working properly. Furthermore, when we booked this house, the description said that wood would be provided for the firepit/fireplace and sauna. It wasn't until after we arrived at the house the owner said he doesn't provide firewood in the summer season. The owner did end up providing 2 small bundles as a start, but we still had to go out of our way to buy more wood for the amenities. While we appreciate the owner having adequate dialogue with us during our stay, there was a lack of communication on his end surrounding the inquiries with the amenities, and keeping the hot tub in working order. As an apology, the host offered to reimburse us.

Great house for big group

House is in a great location and perfect for big groups with 8 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. Super easy check-in and check-out. Goid communication with owner. House was clean and in great shape upon our arrival. Good property with direct lake access and a nice dock. Would definitely rent again.
