Treat yourself to a stay at the beautiful, modern Beloved Haus! The open floor plan boasts a luxurious full kitchen that flows right into the spacious dining and living area, complete with ample seating, creating the ideal atmosphere for a family gathering. The home's split floor plan includes a large primary bedroom with an ensuite bath, complete with a jetted soaking tub and dual vanity. The primary suite also features its own set of exterior doors, offering total privacy and exclusivity. Two bedrooms with queen size beds share the half bath on the other side of the home. Amenities in the home include a full kitchen + dining area, coffee maker (with coffee provided), flatscreen TV in the living room, washer/dryer, and more!

Outdoors is a resplendent entertainment area, complete with atmospheric zero-scaping and a custom Adobe style privacy wall, which provides ambience and peace of mind. There are two separate seating areas, the first around the fire-pit, and the second located near the private hot tub, giving you and your group plenty of options, as well as plenty of space. The primary seating area also features a gas grill, making this home the outdoor entertainer's dream vacation spot!

In addition, Beloved Haus is centrally located, just minutes from downtown Fredericksburg! With all the peace and quiet of a Hill Country retreat, but the added convenience of being steps from the iconic historic shopping district, you won't want to wait. Come enjoy everything Beloved Haus has to offer.

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, and take caution while driving at night. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, spiders, scorpions, beetles, mice, or flies.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

The home is very well-maintained and clean, cute decor and super comfy beds. the backyard furniture was a little worn but not unusable

Extremely disappointed

House itself is beautiful inside and out. The clean aspect was horrible in the master bedroom and bathroom. Bed looked like it had been slept in with hair on both pillows, jet tub was absolutely disgusting and hadn't been cleaned in a while, towels not folded in some cabinets. The rental agency was not a friendly group to deal with at all. The one person whom was over our weekend stay kept apologizing for everything but nothing itself was ever resolved for us on our stay. I will NEVER stay in one of their rentals again.

Girl’s Weekend

Beloved Haus was a great place to stay for our girl’s long weekend! House is beautifully decorated, very spacious, and clean. Some of the girls enjoyed the hot tub! The only negative, was it is stated in the description of the house, that it is within walking distance to Main St. and all the attractions. It is not within walking distance! Upon leaving this morning, we had three small deer grazing on grass in the front yard. If you don’t mind driving to Main St..a very short drive, then I highly recommend “Beloved Haus”!

Bachelorette Trip

From the moment we pulled up we were impressed with the home and it just got better as we opened the door! Everything was beautifully set out and so clean! I cant recommend this place enough!!
