Permit # ** FBGTX-15502 ** Enjoy this cozy stone house with inviting and comfortable décor. Open concept living and dining area to enjoy visiting while cooking in a fully furnished kitchen. Large round dining table open to living and kitchen area perfect for games or just sitting around visiting. Split bedroom plan with adjoining bathrooms. The front porch is perfect for morning coffee and then in the evening sip some wine under a large outdoor pavilion. Whole-house backup generator ensures continued comfort in the event of power outage.

Heidi is the kindest hostess. She lives close by, and that made everything feel extra safe and secure. Check in and check out were easier than most. The house and yard space had everything we needed. Will be back soon!

What a super cute house! We loved hanging out in the back yard at the end of the day. Conveniently located, close enough to walk to the downtown festival. The mattress (king/master) was VERY firm - heads up if you need a softer mattress. Nice quiet neighborhood. We had a great time!

Our stay here was a great experience. The house has a very comfy cozy feel to it. My friends and I had the bestest time. The relaxed and chill atmosphere of the neighborhood was an added bonus. Mornings in the backyard drinking coffee and chatting with friends was very therapeutic. Definitely will choose this place again in the future.

This is a charming house with a great outdoor seating area in the back. The house is furnished very comfortably with comfy beds, furnished kitchen and nice areas for conversation and socializing. Definitely would stay here again.
