Due to their independent operations, we can't provide specific day confirmations to guests about their visits, and they are not required to announce their arrival when servicing the property.

HEATED POOL DISCLAIMER
Please note, our spacious pool is equipped with solar powered heating features. However, during the winter months, the effectiveness of the heating can be limited due to lower temperatures. The pool heater temperature is not adjustable. We strive to ensure your comfort, but please set your expectations accordingly for a cooler swim experience in winter.

NOISE DISCLAIMER
While our beautiful waterfront location offers serene views and a tranquil atmosphere, please be aware that we are situated next to a train track. The train does pass by several times throughout the day and early morning, with the horn occasionally sounding as early as 6 AM. While some guests may find the sound a unique part of the local character, it can be quite loud and may wake you.

The house was in a great location for tampa and on a quite road. Great pool and very clean. 10/10 would stay here again. Plenty of room for multiple people.

Our host was very easy to contact and work with. The house was nice in that we had plenty of room to eat together and to sit around and visit or play games. There were 12 of us. Because of the weather, we didn't really use the pool or swing. The sand/volleyball place was off limits due to erosion. We would have used the fire pit but we could not find wood to buy. The train was endearing to some and not liked by others.

Our group of ten enjoyed our stay at Marlene’s place. Space was spacious for us and we enjoyed the amenities such as the ping pong table and pool. It’s very close to downtown Tampa, Ybor district and Busch Gardens. Would recommend to any large parties

Beautiful home and outstanding outdoor activity space. Volleyball, top notch grill, nice salt water pool and just a great space in general. Home is broken up perfectly for groups. With plenty of space to entertain or dip off to quiet part of house. Definitely would book again. P.S train is not even an issue. I actually enjoyed it coming past every so often.

UT graduation weekend 2020

We had a large group that ranges from Young cousins to older grandparents! The house was spacious and we never felt crowded. Pop and outdoor seating area was so Enjoyable! It was a quick And easy commute to Florida State Fairgrounds for the graduation ceremony. You will have to drive to get anything as there is not much within walking distance. Overall, great sty for Our purpose.

Accommodating Host, house is solid for groups

Marlene was extremely accommodating and responsive. The house was clean and adequate for our larger group of a high school baseball team. The saltwater pool was great and the house had everything we needed. The train was a little loud initially, but Marlene lists that in the description and you can read about it in reviews so there should be no surprises. We all were used to it by the middle of the week. Thanks for a great stay!

Poor location.

The house is spacious and check in was simple. But for the cost of this property I was underwhelmed. First issue is the house is in a very sketchy area that left us considering alternatives. Next is that the house is 25 yards from a train rail, so close that the house shakes when the trains come through in the middle of the night and at 6am. The property also was dirty the couches and exterior furniture was filthy. This location place is probably fine for some, but not for the cost.
