When availability allows, rapid placement coordination and calendar buffering may help accommodate hospital discharge schedules and time-sensitive transitions that do not always conform to standard hospitality timelines.

Outside, guests have direct access to a large fenced yard with mature shade trees, dedicated outdoor sitting areas, landscaped grounds, raised garden beds, and a peaceful residential setting that offers a welcome change of scenery from clinical corridors, offices, hotels, or dense apartment complexes. The property has a gentle animal-sanctuary feel, with birdsong, bird-feeding stations, squirrel activity, seasonal apple trees, and occasional neighbor’s cat visits adding warmth and everyday neighborhood rhythm.

Suite 35B supports sleep customization through blackout curtains, thick mattresses, mattress protectors, pillow encasements, additional pillows, and mattress padding options. At approximately 900 square feet, Suite 35B offers the space, privacy, and everyday function of a true residential home base. Unlike the other KFR residences, Suite 35B features a walk-in stall shower, which many guests find easier to navigate than a traditional tub/shower combination. Daily routines may also be supported by available bathroom support items such as a shower chair and non-slip mats upon request.
Important Note: Suite 35B is accessed by stairs and may not be appropriate for every mobility situation. Guests are encouraged to carefully review photos and layouts before booking.

Clean, roomy and plenty of supplies. WiFi was great and the fruit from apple tree was delish. Anna was very prompt in answering any questions.

The description and information were accurate. There were extra items provided like laundry detergent coffee and other items that made the stay very user friendly. The location allowed us to many different vacation venues with ease. Lots of nearby restaurants which offered the option to eat out or to cook onsite. Anna checked in several times to make sure things were going smoothly. We enjoyed the outdoor space very much.

Relaxing backyard

I enjoyed my stay, especially taking outdoor breaks in the backyard while working remotely. The sun felt good on my skin and the air was fresh. The birds chirping, squirls collecting their nuts, butterflies, and dragonflies around completed the peaceful feeling. The basement apartment was cool in the summer heat. I recommend Anna's conveniently located quiet place in a Cul de sac.
