Great location for large family or group visiting Disneyland. The host was very responsive. We didn't utilize pool or jacuzzi… it was a little inconvenient to text the host to have it turned on. It was great to have 2 sets of W/D to help with all the laundry needs of our family with young children.

Great Host

My sister and I brought spouses and kids for a family vacation. Plenty of room for 14 of us, house was clean and organized. I appreciated the prompt communication from the host during our stay. The pool was a big hit with the kids!

Amazing Stay

Our stay at Carolyn and Jimmy’s home was great we were very pleased with the spacious home with many rooms to accommodate everyone. We also loved the pool and BBQ in the backyard, just remember to bring mosquito repellent if you plan on being out there! There is also a lot of parking so we never had an issue with that. Would definitely book again!

There were hazards in the backyard the gate had huge tricks that someone colluded have hurt themselves also the pillows on the Ed’s had bad smells and the flier wasn’t clean throughout the house 2 television didn’t work and the pool after emailing wasn’t turned on until the 2day of our 2night stay

Great place to stay!

We had a great stay! The home was clean, spacious, and had enough rooms for everyone. It’s centrally located and very close to Disney, which made everything super convenient. Communication with the host was excellent—they were quick to respond and even allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend!

Great stay

Our stay was great communication was excellent, only problem was a few maintenance issues the split in the room with the trundle bed never worked so it was super hot in there but other than that everything was phenomenal

Dance Team to Anaheim

Our dance team from Cal State Monterey Bay was competing at the convention center this a few weekends ago. The host was extremely friendly and accommodating. Check in/out process was smooth. During our stay everything was as described in the listing. The large common area was wonderful for all the girls to hang out in. Overall we had an excellent stay! We will be keeping this home in mind for future rentals!

Pictures make it look amazing, it is not.

The property is located in a not so good neighborhood as you can see when driving down the long street to get to the house that is blocked from the main road and is right next to a very busy main road. From the street the house is very unattractive and old. There are no street view pictures of the home for obvious reasons. The hot tub never got hot and on our third night staying drained of any water. They have a small old piece of outdoor carpet/grass and when I sat down on one of the delapadated chairs, stepped into small dog poop. On a cold evening, we turned on the heater and it was extremely loud and sounded as though it was falling apart with grinding metal sounds. Also on the third night, at 3 am the smoke detector went off, no smoke in the house and no audible warning that the battery was low. I reached out to the owner multiple times throughout the stay and they were quick to respond but not quick to resolve. After the stay I requested a modest 15% refund for our inconveniences and was met with a lot of pushback. I finally agreed to accept $200 and then was told that if I accept the $200 I could not leave a negative review. For me, I would rather not accept the refund and instead leave a strong warning to others considering this home, be aware that it is not in a good neighborhood, the inside is nice and clean but small, 6 bedrooms, 1700 sq ft. The exterior is old and very unpleasing to the eye. There is a large driveway, but pretty ugly exterior, we wont come back.

Plenty of room

The home is very clean and well stocked. We stayed for two nights for our Thanksgiving family celebration. The 6 bedrooms were comfortable and were provided plenty of places for us all to sleep. The living area is large and open and the kitchen has plenty of room and counter space. I brought my own keurig to make our coffee as we prefer the pods but the home has plenty of appliances. We used the hot tub once and it was an easy process to request it be turned off and on. I’m sure the pool is great during the hot months. There is plenty of parking and the neighborhood seemed quiet. We were very happy with our experience. You can tell the home is used often and could use a bit of updating/repairs such as fresh paint, but it was still very comfortable and clean. There are two washers and driers which I’m sure are used often in the summer. With all those bedrooms it makes quick work of washing linens when quests leave I’m sure. It’s a great home for a large group

Perfect Spot for a Disney Trip

This location is a short drive from Disney and made our trip a lot more affordable than staying in a hotel. Carolyn was very communicative throughout our stay, ensuring we were enjoying our stay. We will be coming back the next time we are in town.

Disneyland family vacation

We were on our family Disney vacation and needed a big enough place for all of us to stay. It was myself and my husband with our 2 teenage children, our oldest son and his family (wife and 2 children) and our in-laws. This house was perfect, plus we had a pool and hot tub in the back for relaxing after a long day at Disney. The house also has 2 washer and dryers, which is so awesome when you are on a trip like this. We always had fresh towels and could do laundry if needed. The property manager was very attentive and responsive to our needs. Great overall experience, we would stay here again.

Best location and home for a family

Nothing but good things to say. This home is well maintained, CLEAN, easy to check in and out. Owners and property manager care about your comfort and will reply back QUICKLY for anything you contact about. Beds are really comfortable with warm, comfortable bedding. Big closets. Great Place for Anaheim Tradeshow Stay

Plenty of bedrooms for our business team. Good for relaxing after a long day - pool and hot tub. Cooked a steak dinner on outdoor grill which gave us an "at home" feel.

Overall nice place to stay

We had a large group stay for a family trip to Disneyland. The proximity to Disneyland was great. They were flexible and very attentive with the check-in process as well. The reason for a knock in star was the pictures make the house seem bigger than it actually is. Specifically the kitchen and outdoor area. The description also said two of the rooms had two beds, but when we got there, only one room had two beds. They did provide us with a high chair and portable crib which was nice.

House was great! Pool and hot tub were amazing. Host is awesome! We had a couple of little things pop up and they responded immediately. Place was super clean and great for a group with multiple families with all the rooms and bathrooms.

Great listing!

Plenty of room for our large party. Enjoyed the pool, didn’t love having to message to turn on hot tub but response was always swift. Lots of parking- we had 5 cars. Great location next to Disney, and beaches. Would recommend and book again.

Weekend Getaway Celebration

We stayed at Carolyn's home for a weekend away to celebrate my niece's 21st birthday. It was perfect for our group of 13. We loved being able to relax in the hot tub after a long day exploring and also swimming in the pool before we started the day. Carolyn was super responsive when we needed help with the hot tub as well as finding amenities. She was very prompt in delivering items that we needed such as extra towels and an iron that we swore we could not find (turns out, it was in the back of another closet). Regardless, she didn't hesitate to help us get another one. I would definitely stay here again and recommend others to as well.

Awesome home, great location.

This house was perfect for our stay. We had a family with a total of fourteen of us stay and it fit us comfortably! The host Carolyn was super nice and amazing. She was prompt to answer any questions we had. The house was clean and very nicely kept. Would recommend you stay here if you are bringing a larger group. Plenty of parking for more than two cars. Loved it!
