Midnight Sun - Near Airport and Shopping
We are close to South Anchorage shopping and Anchorage International Airport. Stay when stocking up on supplies or when easy access to the airport is important! This apartment is in south Anchorage at Dimond Boulevard and Jewel Lake Road. It's convenient for shopping and eating out. There is a variety of cuisine to choose from. There are several malls within a couple of miles.
It is spacious and remodeled. We have good WIFI, parking, and internet TV. There is laundry on-site, $1 for each. We are 4.5 miles to the airport/train station. Pets are welcome upon approval. There is a $30 nightly pet fee.
The bedrooms have lots of space in drawers and closets, with comfortable queen sized beds. The full bathroom has a double vanity and is on the bedroom level. There is a second bedroom on the main level with the kitchen, dining, and living room. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap are provided. The kitchen has a microwave, coffee pot, toaster, kettle and plenty of dishes and cookware. It has a dining area with a large table and sturdy chairs. We have bench seating at the counter height bar. We provide lots of extra towels, pillows, and blankets. The unit is on the second and third levels of the property.
It is Self-check in with a lock box, so late check-in is not a problem. You'll get the lock box code a few days before your arrival. You can park one car in the parking lot
Check-in is at 4pm and check out is at 11am. We offer early check-in and late check-out options if it's available. This fee is $50.
Pets are welcome, upon approval. Please inquire about monthly pet fees for long-term stays. Offering pet friendly places is expensive. Some pets are undetectable while others cause significant extra cleaning and damage. This fee goes into the pot to pay for the cost of allowing pets. Please don't choose our property with your pet if the fee causes you any concern.
Host Kelli is a co-owner of a large tour company. We have over 20 shore excursions throughout southeast Alaska. We offer our guests a 10% discount on tours offered by Alaska Travel Adventures. Unfortunately, we don't have any day tours in this area. If you are going on an Alaska cruise, you can take advantage of this offer. Easy check-in process – You'll be able to self-check in. Kelli will give you check-in details a few days before you arrive. This will include a lock box code. You'll be able to access the rental at your leisure after check-in time, at 4 pm. Early check-in can arranged most of the time for a $50.00 service fee.
Great Communication – We are responsive to guests before, during, and after their stay. You can expect prompt responses to your questions. Text for the fastest response but emails or messages on your app get responded to timely as well.
Clean Accommodations – Your private apartment should be sparkling clean. Our cleaners take good care of our guests. They work hard to keep the property clean and maintained for you. If anything is awry our team is always happy to jump in and help.
Accurate Description of the space - We make continuous improvements to our descriptions. When guests make suggestions we do our best to update the changes. If we miss something please let me know, so we can update the information. Let us know if the property is missing something that you are counting on. We can try to provide it for your stay.
Great Value – Anchorage can be very expensive, especially during our peak season. This is an affordable option. Groups of up to four people can stay. A full kitchen will help save money on eating out. You'll be able to save money on food and entertainment and enjoy the many fun/great things in Anchorage.
Great Location - This is a perfect base for shopping! We're not too far from the airport and close to South Anchorage's main shopping district. We are near major brand stores. A short list includes:

Skinny Raven is a shoe store at the end of the street. It sells great running shoes and gear, with a track, technology, and people to help you find the right shoes for you.
There are a variety of eateries. Cambell Creek Trail is close. There is ice skating, bowling, and movies in the Dimond Center Mall.
Downtown properties are more expensive. You can't compare this property to one in another location. We love our location and are happy to offer it to those who want to be in South Anchorage with easy access to shopping and the airport.
