This daylight garden basement apartment has two very large bedrooms with new king beds, generous closets, private laundry, bathroom with large shower, dining table & spacious living room. The kitchen is equipped with countertop oven, microwave, stovetop burner, air fryer, crockpot, dishwasher & full refrigerator. There is not a traditional size oven. However, we make the main house oven available if requested. The unit is exceptionally clean and furnished with all bedding and towels. The spacious rental totals around 1500 square feet! Don’t forget full access the massive outdoor deck and yard available for grilling as well. The back yard is 1/4 acre with multiple flower beds, trees and fruit.
Grandma, myself and my son enjoy hosting but stay busy and you are only likely to run into us once in your stay, likely upon checking in. You’ll have full access to come and go at your leisure with our locking code feature. In addition, you’ll have full access to the outdoor spaces. Our neighborhood has extensive walking paths and many guests take advantage of the beautiful neighborhood and Colorado weather. If you’re looking for a base camp to explore, Johnstown is the perfect spot with its location right off 1/25. You’re about 1 hour away from Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park, and surrounded by Greeley, Loveland, Windsor, Fort Collins and Longmont. Perfect for traveling nurses and medical staff and visiting both CSU and UNC students. We provide a substantial discount for longer term stays and have flexible calendars for those who want to extend their stay. Please note: we do have pets that stay solely in the upstairs main house- no animals in the rental ever. Additionally, please keep in mind that there are stairs required to access the apartment for our elderly guests.
