Tucked away on a quiet shore of Lake Winnipesaukee, this stunning - 4 bedroom, 3.5-bathroom Gilford home on Governor's Island boasts 100’ of waterfront beach, deck overlooking the lake, and plenty of sleeping arrangements - ideal for a peaceful getaway with all your loved ones. By day, enjoy swimming, kayaking and games on the sandy beach. Conclude each evening with s'mores by the fire, a board game around the dining room table and dinner overlooking the lake!"
The space
Contemporary Cape style house built in 1986 with beautiful unique rooms. Spacious open concept with views of the lake from almost any angle. Large 10-person table great for families. Pool table in large family room.
Guest access
Guest will have the entire home to themselves. The attached garage, detached garage and master bedroom closet with be locked off for supply storage. Guests will not have access to those areas.

Governors Island Association requires a 30-day minimum rental.
