Breathtaking panoramic Bay views including Golden Gate Bridge, San Francisco and Mt. Tam from the top of the Berkeley Hills. Endless hiking trails outside the door, just a 10-minute drive down the hill to Gourmet Ghetto, fabulous dining and easy access to the rest of Berkeley & Oakland, and a 30-minute drive to San Francisco or Marin (traffic depending). Also a short drive to BART stations.

Peaceful and quiet with 3 outdoor spaces, 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 4 beds and large common areas.

This is a very special location with the East Bay's best views, with out the door access to endless hiking trails and a short drive to all your urban needs. You'll love it here.

The house is 20 steps down from street level. One en-suite bedroom. One very large bedroom with tv and couch in it. There is an office space as well. The cook's kitchen is part of the open plan main floor with living and dining rooms, with access to the view facing deck and backyard or to the garden and patio of the front yard.

There is one bath tub and three showers.

The house is spacious, newly renovated and pristine.

Berkeley Hills retreat

We loved our stay and never tired of the incredible views. The house backs up to Tilden Park trails, so perfect for hiking and visting the Botanic Gardens and lake. Berkeley town and campus is a 7-10 minute drive down the hill. Amazing kitchen and feels like home.

Stunning view, stunning home!

My coworkers and I were in town for a work event and we LOVED our stay. The house was so warm and welcoming and had some of the most gorgeous views I’ve ever seen!
