Our beautiful resort is located at the quiet and prestigious west end of Panama City Beach, ideal for family beach getaway yearly around. Resort amenities include two swimming pools (one of them heated always), lighted tennis court, hot tubs and a fully equipped gyms and they are free to use for all guests. Covered parking decks connect to the main resort building with air-conditioned pathway. Three high speed elevators provide quick access to all condo units and bring you to beach directly.

The condo's balcony is right above the beach with unblocked view of Mexican gulf with stunning contrast of emerald blue water and sugar white sand. In clear and quite mornings, you might spot sting rays, and sometimes even dolphins swimming beneath you. Perfect sunset view with an illusion that the sun dropping into ocean is almost guaranteed during your stay.

Our condo is recently renovated with new pillow top mattress, new sleeper sofa and chair, new bedroom and balcony furniture. It has a king size bed in master bedroom, built-in bunk beds in the hallway and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, sufficient to accommodate 6 guests. A full-size private bathroom to serve the master bedroom and another bathroom with shower in the hallway. A full-size kitchen equips with side-by-side refrigerator, electric oven and cook top, disk washer, microwave oven, coffer maker, toaster, blender, etc. A washer/dryer combo is also provided for your convenience.

Our new big screen 4K Internet TVs provide unlimited possibilities for your entertainment need. You can simply watch the complimentary cable TVs or taking advantages of our free and high speed WIFI through bringing your own streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Roku, NBC sports, HBO now, etc. Just remember to unregister the TVs with your streaming services before check-out.

We have your security and convenience at our top concerns. The condo is equipped with a secure and easy keyless entry system. A secure and unique code will be generated one to two weeks before you arrive and will be emailed to you with a detailed check-in instruction. After entering the condo, you can change the code to something easier to remember for your family. There will be no need to carry keys around and no worry about who are responsible for keys.

We also provide complimentary beach service during the beach season (3/1 - 10/31). The beach service includes a double (2) chaise lounge chairs with comfortable cushions and a huge beach umbrella.
