Exquisite 3 bedroom & Heated Pool - Tara Golf Club
Elegant 3 bed 2 bath home with private heated pool facing a lush golf course sleeps 6. Located in the desirable Tara Golf & Country Club your family and guests can enjoy discounts on Golf fees.
Ideally located off I-75, 15 min from SRQ airport, 45 min from TPA, 35 min from the white sandy beaches of Coquina, Ana Maria & Longboat Keys, 10 min to Costco, UTC Mall, under 5 min to Walmart & many restaurants and shops.
The home is well equipped with everything you need for your luxury vacation. Pet fee is $150 per pet. Pool heating can be requested for an extra $50 per week.
Tara Golf and Country Club requires a $400 transfer fee to use the Golf Membership and a $25 application fee. This can be done directly with the Club upon your arrival. If you do not desire to use the Golf Amenities you can still use the Country Club bar and grill at your own cost.
Tara is extremely bike friendly, you can also use a Golf Cart if you desire to rent one.
A welcome guide is provided with all instructions. It is located on the kitchen counter top. Please refer to it.
