About this property

Gulf to Bay, on the beach home with bay access

Starry starry nights, white sandy beaches, and lots of water on both sides of this home make for a relaxing vacation at Alligator Point. Alligator Point is a peninsula in the Gulf of Mexico, located in the Panhandle of Florida, fifty minutes south of the Tallahassee airport.
There is plenty of room to bring your boat or better yet contact local captains for a chartered day on the water and let them do the work. The Alligator Point Marina and Tiki Bar are within walking distance and serve food and drink Thursday till Sunday during the season. If you are in the mood to escape, this is the place for you.
This four bedroom home has a large open concept living area. We have plenty of kitchen space to put everyone to work and not miss the view. Bring your fresh catch into our newly renovated Kitchen and take advantage of the many spices available in this Chef's kitchen., Or relax on one of the two porches. You choose - bay or beach view.
Too much sun? Take a day trip to beautiful Wakulla Springs where you can enjoy the beauty of old Florida in its natural setting. Or, visit the Gulf Specimen Marine lab in Panacea only 15 minutes away and discover the treasures that live on our coast and in the Gulf of Mexico.

Absolutely perfect stay!
I could not recommend this place more! My family of 6 loved it! Everything was stocked above and beyond. Great communication with the property owners. We walked the white sand beaches and found so many seashells. This is the perfect vacation spot! I can’t wait to come back!

Amazing waterfront property and owner!!
Our stay was amazing!! from the time I booked till the time I checked out!! most properties I've stayed in had something I could not say was pleasing, but this property had a 10+ on my book. I want to say that I've always had a bad experience with the grills on the beach properties being rusted out due to the salty weather. This property had a very nice grill to make and enjoy our family meals. when you are 30 miles from nowhere, you really need a good grill to grill out on. Kim was amazing. she answered anything we needed in a very timely manner. I would definitely stay in this property every year!!

Great family beach house
IDEAL for our family of seven, everyone had their own rooms and plenty of outdoor space. My favorite spot(besides the beach) was the hanging chairs under the house. Great location on the Point :)
