With easy access to the beach, boating, hiking, biking, state parks, golf, restaurants, shops, and charming towns, you’ll be spoiled for choice when it comes to activities, but with both indoor and outdoor spaces so lovely, you may spend most of your time at home. Start the day with coffee and end it with a cocktail on your huge back deck, overlooking the expansive lawn and tree-lined property. The Adirondack chairs and patio just downstairs offer another quiet spot for contemplation or a good book. At dinnertime, fire up the gas grill for a family cookout.

Inside, you’ll find high ceilings, hardwood floors, and lots of natural light thanks to plenty of picture windows. The open, well-equipped kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances and all the counter space and cabinetry you could need. With kitchen island seating and a dining room just around the corner, there’s plenty of room at mealtime. When it’s time to relax at home, several comfy gathering spots beckon, including a family room and a formal living room on the main floor, along with a bonus room and TV den in the basement. If you’ve got any remote work on your plate, the dedicated office space on the upstairs landing, plus the free WiFi, make completing it a breeze. At bedtime, four well-appointed rooms await, with one on the bottom floor, the primary suite on the first floor, and the remaining two upstairs.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
