The property was spacious and allowed for everyone to spread out when needed. The common rooms were also large enough for everyone to come together to play games and enjoy meals.
There were 5 of us and we needed a rental for just a few days. This home was perfect. Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located for our needs. If we return to the Orleans area, we would definitely stay here again!

Great experience!
We rented from Nina 2nd time. This one is as beautiful as the one in West Dennis we rented last year. We were surprised by how large and roomy of this property is after we entered the home. The online pictures just can't do the justice.
The house is in very good condition, very clean and nicely decorated. There is a very large master bedroom with on suite bathroom, total 4 bedrooms, three bathrooms. There are plenty of spaces in the large living room, kitchen and screened porch. Large deck with two tables and gas grill.
This is our first time in Orleans. Plenty of restaurants. What a beautiful town as I was driving around.
Nina, thank you for making our stay at this beach house so pleasant and memorable ! Our family really love Nauset Beach! This beach is by far the most beautiful beach we've ever seen. Kids loved seeing the seals! Kids had a ton of fun at Nauset Beach.
We truly felt like at home. We highly recommend this rental home to anyone.

We gathered family and friends for a youth soccer tournament and a 12 year olds birthday celebration! The house is beautiful! We spent all of our time together in the kitchen which was definitely the coolest spot in the home!

Very Nice House - Close to Beach!
The home was very nice and clean. We had 10 people, which was very comfortable. However, for more than 11, people would have to sleep on sofas or blow up mattresses. The kitchen was very nice, but there was no frying pan and the manual can opener didn't work. Great location - so close to Nauset Beach! We really enjoyed our stay!

I am glade you like the house with renovated beautiful kitchen, cleanness and the location.
It is a 4 bedroom house which can accommodate 8 adults ( 4 couples) comfortably. In addition, we have a full size futon in the master bedroom to accommodate additional two teenagers and one single bed in one of the large upstairs bedroom which make it total 11 comfortably without going to an airbed. However, if a family of 11 likes to spread out and have their kids to have its own individual bedroom rather than sharing with the parents, then the family should go to rent a 5 or 6 bedroom house or two 3 bedroom house, not a 4 bedroom house, of course with more rental charge expected. Its all about what you want and how much you like to pay in the end. Hope that helps for others reading this review.
Yes, you reported the frying pan was missing which puzzled me as we have placed a new set of high quality non-stick frying pan ( two a set) for this house after renovation last summer and some group this season before your arrival must have taken them home. That is unfortunate that our housekeeper did not discovered the lost. I just replaced with another new set after you reported the missing items. Thx..

Filthy when we arrived and much drama to get it cleaned
The location was good. The house, however, was filthy when we arrived. I think we may have been the first rental of the season but there is no excuse for the state of the property. Fireplace full of ashes, huge spider webs all over the place, dusty, grill completely dirty, and washer didn't work. It took multiple calls and emails to Nina to get the house cleaned. All she kept saying was the house is great, I was just there, and it is clean. The cleaning people whom she got to come over after 3 days were appalled and told Nina so. They were not her normal cleaning crew.
The kitchen had just been renovated and I believe Nina felt the last cleaning from the end of the season plus a contractor's cleanup of the kitchen was good enough. It wasn't.
The number of calls and emails it took, which included multiple pictures, to get the house the way it should have been when we arrived was ridiculous. The oddest thing was that after days of asking her to just get the house cleaned she offered to move us to a different house in a different town. Her response was surreal.
I also had requested linens. That was an equally odd experience. One bed was made, the others weren't. Given how filthy the house was I did not want to take a chance that the linens were dirty and just left behind by a prior guest. That there two old tee shirts left in the bedroom drawers added to my concern.
I would never rent from her again. It was a miserable experience.

Kim was not honest during booking. She asked for a discounted rate as she claimed there will only be 4 people stay at the house and I was able to offer her a large discounted rate based on small group plus waived her fee for linen and towels supplies. But the day before her arrival she told me that she need additional sheet set for the 3rd bedroom and need towels for 6 people while she refusing to admit she plan to put more people to the house than the original booking. From the communication, I sensor she is difficult to deal. To avoid conflict, I provided more supplies per her request without additional charge. 2-3 days after she arrival, she complained about fireplace, dust on furniture, I sent the housekeeper to the house immediately (she lied about take days to get housekeeper to the house) and it turned out she left all windows doors open and pollen got on to furniture. Kim complained everything, complained about her stress of dealing her work while on vacation, complained that she was alone and her spouse was unable to join, etc . Kim lied about the "broken laundry". In fact she used the laundry set (newly installed front loader) did her laundry during her stay. But when she check out, she left a broken laundry, told me she called the manufacture tech support and found out it was door error . She communicated the problem on her last day. If the laundry was broken before her arrival, can you imaging what kind of storm will come from her? The appliance technician told me someone slammed the door causing the door mechanism failure. To avoid dealing with her, I did not charge her security deposit and refunded her fully. I have bend backwards to her throughout the entire process just to avoid conflict and to make sure she will have a good time. But nothing can please her. Interview Tenant and check Tenant's profile before committing the rental is essential. I am glade she made a complaint here so the future vacation owners could make an assessment based on traveler's profile on Homeaway.com and this communication will provide some insight to owners when they screening future tenants before committing.

Beautiful beach getaway!
A beautiful, newly renovated home just down the road from gorgeous Nauset Beach! The house was very clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for a group of adults. Nina was quick to respond to questions and very accommodating for our group. We loved hanging around in the open kitchen/dining/living room area, and enjoying some sunshine on the back porch. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Cape Cod!

Beautiful house gets better
Last year we stayed at this property it was great. So close to Nauset Beach and the house is spacious and allow our group spread out comfortably. This year the house got brand new renovation and provide central heating ( also central AC which we did not got to use yet due to cool temperate). The owner really has good taste and each bathroom is even more amazing ( it's not bad at all even last year's) with all new tiles and design. The best of all is the new kitchen with granite countertop, stainless steel appliance and a large island! I love the color fir each room as well and could not get enough of it. Kids had a blast. We enjoyed every bit of our time here. Definitely come back.

We love this wonderful vacation house!
We enjoyed a very peaceful weekend visit to this house. The house is well stocked with all the kitchenware and utensils, bed spreads, etc. The house is perfectly set up and provides space to spread out. The spacious livingroom with impressive brick fireplace just makes you feel open and roomy. The sun room was a favorite place with plenty of seating and far enough away to not disturb sleeping kids. It connect to the deck which is a perfect setting to hearing the birds chirping on the back yard, so peaceful. The house itself is immaculate and only less than a mile to the breath taking Nauset beach. . The location of the house is phenomenal! It is literally at the beginning of the National Seashore. It is also not too far from Orleans town center where you can find all shops and restaurants. We love our stay.

Lovely Vacation Home short Stroll to Nauset Beach
The house is exactly as it is pictured - beautifully decorated and all the essentials to make for a wonderful vacation. Less than 1 mile to Nauset Beach - a beautiful walk/bike down to the beach. There was plenty of room for cooking, hanging out doing jigsaw puzzles during one of the only rainy days, BBQ on the deck, and resting comfortably. The house is very clean, modern with cathedral ceiling and 2nd floor lookout balcony railing overlook the living area- kids love it. We love the fact that there are two bedrooms on the first floor, and two on the 2nd floor which will be perfect for elderly or two families vacation together here.
We love this home and sure be back!
