We were visiting our son in DeLancey, the location was perfect, Delhi is a charming town with great food, the scenery is absolutely stunning. The place was very comfortable and clean, walking distance to downtown. Our hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Very enjoyable stay.

Perfect location

Just Perfect

My husband and I were in town for a wedding. This studio apartment was perfect, as were the owners. Walking distance to good restaurants and shops for a nice afternoon stroll. The house was painted the weekend we arrived and looks really nice.

SUNY Delhi Visit

Eric and Susan’s home is a gorgeous old Victorian down the block from the campus. The apartment they provided was immaculate and a home run for my trip. They have everything you need for a short or long trip! 100% I will use them again.

We stayed two nights at the beautiful studio apartment during move-in week at SUNY Delhi. Four minutes away. The studio was very clean and beautifully decorated. The owners were very nice as well as accommodating . We would definitely stay here again in the future. . Mike and Teresa. <3
