In-town location is minutes to everything Telluride has to offer! If you need lift tickets, the sales counter is in the building, and the lift is just a few steps out the door.

Ski all morning, warm up with soup, then slide right back out on the slopes!

This was our third summer staying here, and we absolutely love it! Mindy is amazing, the condo is clean, cute, comfortable, and truly in the perfect Telluride location. It has become our little home away from home and is such a gem. We already can’t wait to come back next summer!

This was the perfect place for us! Walking distance to downtown, the Gondola and truly ski in ski out. There’s a gorgeous creek steps away. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. There are Beautiful views from every window. Mindy was exceptionally responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay

Perfect spot for our family to enjoy a week in Telluride during the summer. Easy access to the river trail and to downtown. Checkin was easy and easy to find all the amenities we needed.

Perfect accommodations for a visit to Telluride Blues and Brews Festival! Mindy was terrific, providing all details needed for an easy check in, parking pass, etc. very clean with everything you needed to be comfy. A few steps from a free public shuttle to other parts of town. Highly recommend!

Excellent condo for a Telluride stay! Very clean and fully functional. Enjoyed the central location for reaching the slopes and easily wandering into town. Mindy was excellent with her customer service, making our stay perfect.

Wonderful condo in a fantastic location

The condo was clean and well appointed with anything you may need. Mindy was very responsive to all communication. This is a fantastic place to stay in Telluride, everything is within walking distance. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again the next time I’m in town.

We really enjoyed this cozy condo. Perfect location within walking distance of town and a lift. My husband and I and our college age son stayed comfortably for 6 days. Had a great time. Very clean and sunny. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay and the condo met all of our requirements. We loved having access to the River Trail and a view of the ski slope. Mindy, the property owner was amazing. Always very responsive, helpful, and accommodating.

Great location!

This condo had everything we needed for a weekend in Telluride. Great location and walkable to town and dinner. This condo has an efficient layout and everything you need to for simple meals if you decide to cook. This corner unit has lots of windows. We would stay here again.
