Mountainside Inn is Telluride's most affordable property, conveniently located along the San Miguel River and just 200 yards to lift #7!

*Please note: Parking in the town of Telluride is a growing issue. Mountainside Inn parking spaces are limited, and permit availability is first come, first served. We strongly encourage you to consider one of the many local shuttle options in favor of driving. Should you choose to drive, and use one of the Mountainside Inn Parking Permits, there is a $20 per night parking fee. If there is no Mountainside Inn parking available, you may need to park overnight in one of the local paid parking garages.*

The Mountainside Inn is located along the San Miguel River in the heart of Telluride. It is comprised of four separate buildings, all of which are two floors with stair access (no elevators).

This is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo with king bed , queen sofa sleeper and full kitchen.

Complimentary wifi is included. A well-stocked vending machine and coin-operated laundry are located on the property. There is no A/C at the Mountainside Inn.

The Mountainside Inn is just two blocks from the grocery store, and about a 10-minute walk from historic downtown Telluride. The river trail offers a delightful path through town, and the free in-town shuttle picks up about a 1/2-block from the Inn.

This room is dog-friendly with prior notification and a $30/night fee. Pet fees will be charged at check-in. Two dog limit.

Great location.

The location is wonderful for exploring Telluride on foot. It is also right off a lovely river walking path and close to the gondolas. It is very clean and comfortable and our unit had new appliances. The staff is also very welcoming. Looking forward to returning.

Weekend Stay

Great location! The property was as advertised. Great place for the kids and close enough to walk to downtown for any shopping or outings you’re interested in. The property is very conveniently located near the river walk and was great for family walks around the town. The staff was extremely nice, professional, and accommodating. Can’t recommend this place enough. We will definitely look to stay here again!

Great Location!

Great clean place in a very convenient location! It was great for our family to hang out in town for a few days without getting in the car once. If you are lucky to get parking in the complex big plus, but the alternate parking is right next door and not a big deal.

Great place and great location. Just a short walk to Lift 7 and a 5-minute walk to the Telluride gondola. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The one-bedroom space was clean and well appointed. It had everything we need for a relaxing stay. The two hot tubs were warm and appeared to be new. There was even a grilling station and a nice space for socializing. We will definitely return to this place when visiting Telluride.

Buyer Beware

The property is advertised as having on site parking.In May when we booked,we confirmed that parking would be available for our stay during the Blues & Brews festival. That is why we chose this property over others that did not guarantee parking. When we arrived however on site parking was not available and we had to scrounge around for on street public parking.The property mgr said she sent out a form letter the week before that advised that because of festival weekend on site parking would be limited.We didn’t think that applied to our booking since we had confirmed at the time of our booking that it would be. FALSE ADVERTISING! The unit is nothing special,way overpriced for what you get and poorly supplied with essentials that are provided at most VRBO’s. That being said,Telluride is an amazingly beautiful town,the festival wonderful and worth a visit but at a better venue.

The festivals fill the town up and parking typically can take a little longer to find. That being stated, everyone always find a spot. Telluride Alpine Lodging does offer condos that have their own parking garages. They are higher cost per night, but the extra cost would be worth it for your peace of mind.
