This luxury oceanfront condo overlooking White Sands Beach is just steps away from the sand and water. It has spectacular ocean views, with views of sunsets, whales, spinner dolphins, turtles, outrigger canoes and more. You can watch the beach action, boogie boarders, body surfers and surfing from inside your condo or from your private wrap around lanai. You may even see the 'green flash' at sunset.

Enjoy spectacular sunsets from your private lanai. Dine inside or on the lanai. This condo has a master bedroom with cable TV and private bathroom with shower. Washer and dryer is located in master bath too. Guest bedroom has 2 twins, guest bath has tub/shower. Living room has cable TV with DVD/VCR, stereo and a couch that converts to a queen size bed. Free wireless internet. All linens are supplied. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook any meal. The complex has a beautiful pool, with hot tub/Jacuzzi, a game room with pool table, tennis courts and bbqs by the pool area with tables and chairs to dine.

Local Farmers Markets are close by, so you can pick up fresh local fruits and vegetables, coffee and crafts. Golfing at the Kona Country Club is only 5 minutes away. North Coast golf courses, King Shops and Hapuna Beach are only 40 minutes away. Our central location makes it easy to enjoy all the fun things to see and do on the Big Island. Captain Cook's Bay and Monument, City of Refuge, coffee plantations and tours, Green Sand Beach, Black Sand Beach, Volcanoes National Park, warm ponds, Historic Hilo, waterfalls, botanical gardens, zip lines, Waipio Valley with horseback riding, Parker Ranch, Mauna Kea Observatory, Ancient Hawaiian Fish Ponds and Hawaii Petroglyphs. Great condo!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Tori and James condo. Very clean and everything you could want for a comfortable stay. Big bonus was the huge lanai directly across from White Sands beach. We loved to listen to the surf and people watch. So relaxing. The only suggestion we have is for the condo association to post a sign where the elevator is to make it easier to find especially after dark.

Listen to the waves!

The location was awesome. Started most days with a quick swim and snorkel on Magic Sand Beach. My family didn't want to leave. This location is great close to downtown Kona and also really good snorkel beaches. I would stay here again and probably will if I go back to Kona. The house had everything we could need. The kids used the pool and I used the grills which are Weber(My favorite)

Great Place to People Watch

We came to Hawaii with our two friends and had a great time staying at the Condo across from Magic Sands Beach. Easy access to the beach and what a great lanai for people watching and socializing. Every evening we looked forward to a drink and watching the beach action and sunset!

Well equipped condo right on the beach

We were thrilled with this condo. We were right on Magic Sands Beach and swam every morning and evening. The snorkeling at the beach a mile down the road was also excellent. The condo is well equipped with a huge lanai, which we truly enjoyed. We would love to return.
