Tämä kiinteistö sijaitsee 2 mailia länteen Navarran rannasillasta ja on suoraan rannalla! Makuuhuoneessa 2-4 on king-vuodetta, makuuhuoneessa 1 on king-sviitti, jossa vuodesohva ja rakkausistuin. Sviitissä on myös jääkaappi, mikroaaltouuni ja omistautumislähtö rannalle. Kaikissa huoneissa on suora TV. Tuo vain uima-sviittejäsi ... sillä tässä kaupunkitalossa on kaikki mitä tarvitset nauttiaksesi rannasta; rantatuoleja, sateenvarjoja, leluja, jäähdyttimiä ........
**** Huomaa, että rantaleluja, ..... pidetään mukavuuksina. Näiden mukavuuksien ominaisuudet riippuvat sääolosuhteista, ja muut vuokralaiset voivat käyttää niitä. Niitä ei taata! Teen parhaani ylläpitääkseni näitä esineitä.

The location was ideal, the views stunning and beach access was easy. The house is well arranged for a family group. Watch the step down into the living area! Entry into the house was difficult- we finally figured out you have to pull the door hard toward you while entering the code and hold it tight til the green lights then quickly turn the knob. The deck door would not unlock on arrival. Someone came to fix it but didn't bring a battery. We bought a battery and changed it so that door could be used. The seating in the dining and living room are well worn, cushions bottom out - not comfortable. Fortunately we had good weather and could be outside.

Good but not great

I do not like to give bad reviews unless they are deserved so this is not a bad review but things renters should know. We had a problem with the door not locking-the shower knob fell off-fitted sheets did not fit for the bed upstairs-couple pillowcases were dirty-they need more pillowcases for the extra beds-also need more towels. Not supplying toilet paper, extra trash bags, paper towels and dish soap are all basics that should be part of the rental, I would think. It was really nice to sit on the deck and enjoy the view and so close to the beach.

Lenora was helpful and worked through all of our issues. Two of the bedrooms you do not have Roku you have to stream through a DVD or watch a movie. The rooms don’t actually have double beds they have a twin and a trundle bed. She has corrected the site from saying a King and 2 doubles. Watch out for the extra person charges, they are not supposed to charge you this charge if they advertise 12 and you have 12. But Leonora worked with us and made things right.

Nice and Quiet

Close to the beach, great views, great matresses and pillows on beds. Quiet neighborhood and beaches were not overcrowded. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay here.

Beware of deceptive photos

old mattress, stove and other debris blocking the bottom apartment. Upon entry, filthy! Maybe just the entrance, right? My daughter in law had already started wiping down the baseboards and handrails, being a former cleaner herself. As i walked up the stairs, i thought to myself, "is this leaning?" Got to the main floor, and it looked "OK", but as i looked closer, I was surprised to see how dirty it actually was. The return vents were caked in dust and what i would assume as mold. It was black and thick. OK, again. I am in construction, so I started scrutinizing the obvious things. Doors not closing, steps with a significant lean to one side, glass shower doors that would not open without a heavy hand, the list went on and on. Then i went out on the second floor deck. Rotting and broke metal furniture, doors that wouldn't seal when closed and a handrail that leaned so far out, it looked like it had been installed that wayway. It gets better. I was speaking with the tenents downstairs who had the same issues. In fact, they had sat on a piece of deck furniture and it collapsed under his 175 lb body weight. Suddenly, the entire deck starts swaying from side to side! My daughter was standing in the middle of it and was swaying. The deck was moving under a single persons weight! I have so much more, but limited by app. Woke up with insect bites on legs. Owner agreed to refund, we moved out, and now owner refused to refund. Safety issues dont warrent a refund, apparently.

Quick Beach Getaway

Short but lovely stay at the beach. The location was ideal. The townhouse was clean and well equipped. I love to cook and they had a good selection utensils. Plenty of towels and linens. We plan to rent again this summer!

Perfect Family Rental

This property worked perfect for our family. We did add the lower unit to accommodate all 11 of us. We all could have privacy when needed, but could enjoying family time together, too. I will say the new stacking washer and dryer unit was a pleasant surprise and worked fantastic!! We will definitely return!

Beachfront townhome

This is our 5th year coming to Navarre. Having the beach in your back yard is the best. The house was clean and as described. Some updates could be done but we were there for the beach. The deck is large and great to sit outside at night and listen to the waves. Plenty of beach chairs and accessories. If your have neighbors downstairs you will share some areas, including the outdoor shower/garden hose area to wash the sand off. That isn’t listed on the shared spaces. Overall we had a great stay!

Great location and everything was there we needed plus more!

Our family vacation was a huge success and we loved the house! The location was priceless, the inside of the house was clean and had amenities that were just great! Only down fall was the wahing machine and dryer did not properly work but we made due and just enjoyed our stay!

Good place but have stayed in better

It is hard to beat staying on the beach. This place shares the address with a suite below which makes parking difficult. The house and beds are good but there are a few things that could be fixed to make the place nicer (dryer can’t open all the way, door upstairs is rotting, guard rail wires are loose and have gaps). Overall it is completely fine but could have some things fixed up.

Nice stay

We enjoyed ourselves. A few items need attention, the dryer takes all day to dry your clothes and the air conditioning never cooled the house down. Thankfully we were there in the spring and not the summer. A few other small things but nothing to ruin our stay! We would go again.

Warning- LARGE Rodent POOP / Maintenance needed!!

The listing is misleading. The pictures are old. The master bedroom doors will not lock securely once they are open. The bolt jams and the doors can be opened by the wind or simply pulled or pushed open. What looks like 2 sofas in the picture is actually an old sectional that is missing the corner piece. Each seat is separate and will flip you backwards when you sit down and into the floor, the faux leather is peeling and insides coming apart. The property had an odor when we entered.. thinking it was a pet friendly property we dismissed this as pet urine. On the 2nd morning I found out we were not the only ones in the house. There was LARGE RAT … he pooped on the kitchen rug. I don’t mean little mouse dropping. This joker was big! Not only did he leave a large amount of poop on the rug he also urinated in the floor! I rolled the ring up for an exterminator to identify the poop. I wasn’t sure it was a rat or some other rodent. Not an expert. I cleaned and went to the master bathroom to shower.. I found mouse droppings under the counter! I notified the owner and was asked to send pictures to her cell phone. Taking the conversation off VRBO and they could not monitor or review. Don’t ever do this, VRBO warns about this! This is my warning to you. Start a claim with VRBO immediately. Don’t wait for the owner to try and figure things out. I ended up meeting with the housekeeper. She agreed the property needed a deep cleaning and the sofa was damaged & dangerous. She had previously informed the owner of all these issues. The owner refused to spend the extra money on a deep cleaning. Or a new sofa. The property looks to be decorated from goodwill or thrift store. Not what is expected in a expensive beach home. I was shocked how the owner handled the situation and by the condition of the property. We stayed in the unit next door in November (same owner) and it was very clean and well maintained. The owner needs to make a trip down and send the night with no locking doors and her pets rodents! Shame on you. You need to do better.

Okay but could be better.

Our vacation was a good time and the house was acceptable. Below are some points with things we liked and didn’t like. Upon checkin the front door code did not work and I attempted to call the host, got no answer and left a voicemail. We ended up having to walk around to the back door and the code worked there. Also the code was the house number, which is not very secure. The house is an older property that looks like it’s had some recent work done. However the entire building has a lean to the left and is uneven. Causing multiple doors to not be able to close. It was supposed to rain so we were going to need the TV’s to work. The property was advertised with SmartTV’s. There was only one SmartTV in the living room. And that one had no working remote. The host eventually sent maintenance to repair the remote situation. However we were never told when he would arrive, just that he had been there to repair it. But it was eventually repaired. The Wi-Fi name and password were wrong on the introductory email, but we figured it out by finding the modem. There was no functional outdoor foot wash to wash sand off of feet to keep sand out. The cookware in the kitchen should be replaced. The non-stick pans have no coating remaining. Now for some good things about this property. The location is beautiful. The beach and access to the beach is awesome. The host while not immediately responsive, did eventually try very hard to remedy the TV issue for us. We were grateful to be able to bring our dog to the beach with us. The beds were VERY comfortable.

Decent place/ owner not cooperative

The property was nice. A few issues. The dryer did not work and we got the run around from the owner. Had to go the entire time with no dryer. Some chairs were broken when we got there and the sink faucet was not attached to the granite. After several phone calls about the dryer the owner just stopped communicating with us. Did not try to accommodate us except to tell us we could go use another property she has that was not close to where we were.

I take great provide in making this Townhouse feel like home and not a rental. The cross over is only 20 yards away. If your looking for the vacation hussle, Pensacola is a 15 minute drive through the Gulf Islands National Seashore.

All Bedrooms have King size beds with a private bath.. The first floor room ( you can add this suite to your rental, fee applied )is a king suite that is 24 ft x 16 ft. It has a doble twin beds and a roll off bed .Parking for 4 vehicles or 3 vehicles and a trailer not exceed 28 ft.

Bring only your bathing suites... for this townhouse has everything your need to enjoy the beach; beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, .....
