The dishes needed to run in dishwasher which we never used. Pool table looks great but is basically useless ! The kicker, The Icemaker never made ice at all
Perfect location, very clean, very nice people on the phone, loved the jacuzzi, loved how close and easy it was to get to other sites like Helen, hiking, etc. I think it was my husbands best birthday!! Thank You!!
Clean and in a great location! Enjoyed the stay and wouldn't hesitate to rent it again!

I loved it, perfect for my husband and I to enjoy a break from life and enjoy our anniversary
Big Plus: Cabin was clean and nice. Centrally located for easy access to sites.
Small Negatives: Not much room to turn car around and no real long distance views.
We would stay here again in the future.
Property was in a good location. Plenty of privacy. Close to Helen. The only thing I wish they had done like they do at other properties is to turn the air down ahead of time. It was 85 inside when we got there. Made it a little warm unloading everything. We were able to turn it down and when we returned from dinner it was almost cool enough. Overall a nice stay.
The cabin was clean and nice. It accommodated our group perfectly. The hot tub and pool table were the best way to unwind and relax with friends. The beds were a little too firm for us, but a good night sleep was had. We also arrived at night and got a little turned around but we found it!
Second time staying here and it was as just as good the first time. Although the hot tub began getting cloudy and smelling of sulpher. We will be back though!
Excellent time at secluded cabin. Cabin is very clean and tastefully decorated. Everything is in working order. Would definitely come back in the future. Thank you!
The cabin itself was great! However the directions to the property were horrible! The address we were given did not match what was on the cabin! Never saw a street sign and the house number did not match the number we were given!
Nice cabin, great location......privacy. Could use a little love in terms of replacing light bulbs that are out. Replacing lamps that have no switch and need to be plugged in and out to turn them off and on. Coffee pot and frying pan had to be cleaned before first use. Atmosphere with gas fireplace was nice for time with friends.
Just looking for a quite get away. See some of N. Ga.
The cabin was as expected. Comfortable beds, nice couch. Hot tub didn't seem very clean, icky. No internet intire stay, not sure if that's typical for the area. Ugly hole over shower in one bathroom. But we did enjoy the cabin and surrounding area. Thank you.
From the beginning, rental process was easy! Arrived pretty late to the property, lock box easy to locate, property was extremely clean and neat. Plenty of towels for the trip, plus 2 hot tub towels was a bonus. Used back bedroom, bed was very comfortable, water pressure in bathroom showers was good. If you are not used to well water, be ready, it is a different smell for sure. Driveway can be challenging, but was fine for us, I have a 4x4 with a lift kit. Overall wonderful stay and if we are back in this area again, will stay here again!
TV remote needs batteries, but obviously not a big enough issue to dock the ratings.

Nice stay but could use improvements
Pros: The hot tub was great! It was very large and we enjoyed it a lot during our stay. The cabin is also within 15 mins of dowtown Helen, so the convenience was nice.Cons: The directions were horrible. It took us over an hour to find the place because the signs that are supposed to be there are not. The front bedroom bed was not comfortable. Thankfully, there was another king-size bed in the other room that worked for the rest of our stay. Overall, it was a nice trip, but I'd recommend updating your directions because Ain't Bs does not have a sign so it looks like just another house, and there was no Rolling Hills Drive sign to turn on to get to the cabin.
The house was clean, the hot tub was great! The washing machine does not work properly. It would wash then you had to go back and turn it to spin and drain so they didn’t come out dripping wet! I packed less with the thought I could wash something’s. It was a hassle and time consuming. The silverware had a film on it you have to wash everything before you use it. It was 80 degrees in the house when we got there. Not comfortable when you have to unpack and walk up a flight of stairs to do it. It did cool down after adjusting temp. It was in a good location for what we were doing. Helen and Lake Burton. I would consider coming back but packing plastic ware and prepared for the washing machine not to work. Which kinda sucks being you pay for the convenience. It states that you do not get any refunds for any inconveniences you experienced or any emergencies that may happen. You don’t get the contract till after you pay. Tried adding photos but won’t accept mine normal IPhone photos.
