2408 Lighthouse Tennis is a completely renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom dog-friendly villa in the heart of Sea Pines. This beautifully outfitted property is located just steps from the shops and restaurants of Sea Pines Center, and a quick bike ride to the famed Harbour Town Marina!

This property has an open-concept floor plan., and wood and tile flooring span the unit. The living room features a sleeper sofa, comfortable armchairs, a wall-mounted Smart TV and access to the private patio through sliding glass doors. There is seating for 2 at the kitchen bar and additional seating for 4 at the dining table.

The remodeled kitchen has been enhanced with additional space, new counters, stainless appliances and custom cabinetry.

The bedroom features two queen beds, a Smart TV and large closet. The gorgeous bathroom has a double sink, ornate tilework and a large walk-in shower.

Please specify # of security gate passes needed at the time of reservation; 1 pass per car is $17/week.

Pet fee is $225 plus tax per dog. Max is 1 dogs, 75 pounds each.

Lighthouse Tennis Villas is located just a short walk from Harbour Town and the plethora of shops, dining and water sports options that surround the marina. Guests of Lighthouse Tennis can enjoy a beautifully maintained community pool and private tennis courts. A free shuttle is offered seasonally to take guests to the beach, though the beach is just a short bike ride away!

Spring Break

Perfect for 2 people and a pet. Ground floor unit can hear footsteps above. Might not be a problem if the upstairs guests are not up in the middle of the night like they were when we visited.

Condo was exactly as pictured. Location was great - pool was just behind condo and restaurants were in walking distance. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. Kitchen was extremely well appointed. This was a great place to stay and we’d stay here again.

Perfect for Couple

We were in Sea Pines for a three day business meeting. The condo was perfect for my husband and me. It is clean, modern and perfectly located. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Location

In addition to the location, this was the cleanest property we have ever rented upon arrival. Sunset Rentals was quick to respond to a non-working toaster and the need to replace some light bulbs.
