Looking for the ideal golf getaway or a relaxing family vacation? This beautifully furnished, pet-friendly (dogs only) 1st-floor villa offers all the comforts of home and more. Enjoy an open floor plan with elegant wood flooring throughout. The kitchen features modern cabinetry, granite countertops, and full-size appliances, with a convenient full-sized washer and dryer nearby. The main level also includes a powder room just off the dining area.
Relax in the cozy living room, complete with comfortable furniture, a flat-screen TV, and a sofa sleeper. The dining area seats six and opens to a patio with sliding glass doors overlooking the Atlantic Dunes golf course. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, while the guest bedroom offers two queen-size beds.
This property is dog-friendly; however, there is a size restriction of 30lbs or less. The pet fee is $125.00 and there is a refundable pet deposit of $250.00 pending no damage to the villa.
Plantation Club is ideally located near Harbour Town, renowned for its scenic Yacht Basin, iconic lighthouse, diverse restaurants, shops, and vibrant live entertainment. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy the Harbour Town Golf Links, home of the RBC Heritage Golf Tournament.
