Come and enjoy the peace and tranquility of this custom designed home on 10 wooded acres located across from the Grand River, and 2 minutes from the Odawa/Battle Point Boat Launch. Brinng your boat, kayaks, paddle boards for a peaceful float on the river.

A fifteen minute drive Grand Haven State Park and beaches on Lake Michigan. Enjoy restaurants, walk the boardwalk to the pier, boutique shops, ice cream and musical fountain show.

Ride your bikes along beautiful landscape paths to downtown or hike at Rosy Mound to the beaches.

Perfect Bachelorette Weekend House!

We had a wonderful stay here for a bachelorette weekend! Laura communicated everything wonderfully with us. The home was clean, comfy and very spacious. It was a beautiful place to stay close to the beach and not too far away from Grand Rapids. Thank you again!

Fun trip to Grand Haven/Muskegon

Family and I booked this trip in July 2024. House is about a half hour from Michigans Adventure which was great fun for the kids (and adults!). Laura was very communicative and provided us with what we needed for our stay. Thanks!

Peaceful setting

The house was beautiful and in a peaceful setting. There was a family of deer that visited everyday. 10 min car ride into downtown Grandhaven. Laura was a great host and I highly recommend her property. We had a great week and look forward to another visit.

We loved it!!

A group of us stayed here and absolutely loved the house and the property!! Host was communicative and understanding, house was clean. If you do not have a car just know you will need to carve out time to wait for Ubers/taxis! But this is worth it with the seclusion of the house :) would recommend to anyone! Thank you again so much!

Perfect for mini getaway!

We stayed for a combo bachelorette/bachelor party for 10 of us. It was such a beautiful home with plenty of space for everyone to sleep. The host provided us with cornhole, access to the grill and even had many essential items such as condiments, shower supplies, and beach items! The location was great and easy to find!
