4-bedroom 2 full bathrooms, sleeps 12 waterfront home on Lake Winnipesaukee with a gradual sandy sloped shoreline with steps leading into the water and a dock. Pets allowed. Ridgewood Country Club is a nice Golf course about 3 miles from us. This home offers Spectacular Scenic Mountain Views, outside fire pit gas, grill, two gas fireplaces, pool table, ping pong table, dart board. We have internet with Spectrum two 55-inch tv's one in the Livingroom one in basement 4 other tv's are in every bedroom. All TVs are smart and flat. Our private community has a tennis court, basketball court, volleyball, playground, beaches, and clubhouse. The left side looking at the water of my dock is used by the property across the street not to sun themself or fish or swim just to board and unboard their boat only. (THEN THEY MUST LEAVE THE DOCK BECAUSE THE DOCK IS YOURS)! My 40' dock will accommodate a 25' boat of yours or less. (ENJOY!!!!)

Excellent Lake House!

This was actually our third time staying at this property and it is perfect for lake vacation with friends and family! Private beach, grassy yard, dogs allowed, big deck are all amenities that lend to fun family activities. Great vacation house!

Great Beach

Loved the place. Shallow beach was perfect for the kids and the dock was great for our boat. Plenty of beds for everyone and the ping pong table was a big hit. Communication from the property manager was easy and helpful.

We have vacationed on Lake Winnipasuake for 25 years and have rented this lake house before which indicates it met our needs. Great waterfront, deck for boats, and plenty of grassy area to sit around and talk. Having 4 bedrooms is great

Fun time at the lake

We enjoyed our stay at this lake house. Plenty of room for our family. (6 adults with two children) The front had the right amount of sun and shade throughout the day. The water level was perfect for the grandkids to play and swim. It's a quiet area of the lake, boat traffic was minimal as compared to other parts of Lake Winnipesaukee we have been on. Leonard answered all of our questions promptly. The only drawback (concern for anyone with mobility issues) was that the entrance to the lake house was either up the stairs via the deck or from the basement stairs, which were a bit narrow. Other than that, we had a fun time and would rent again.

Lake house getaway

We enjoyed our stay! The house is right on the lake. There is a dock for a boat, which was nice. Balcony off every floor. My son and his friend enjoyed the man cave in the lower level. Pool table/ping pong table. Big screen tv. 2 refrigerators one in kitchen, one in man cave. Easy access to the water with steps. Nice shady spot to sit and enjoy the view outside on the patio. The house is definitely outdated. Kitchen had everything we needed. Dishwasher, toaster oven, coffee machine, microwave, stove, and a grill outside. The deck could use some love. Awesome that dogs are allowed, made my vacation much more enjoyable.

Cleanliness and overall maintenance of this property is very poor. Decking was falling apart so be careful especially if you bring small children. The house definitely needs a thorough cleaning and maintenance. Someone had wiped down the kitchen and bathrooms, emptied trash, but that was about it. Junk and candy wrappers under beds. Dust and cobwebs throughout entire house. I will say the kitchen was adequate with working appliances, stocked with dishes and utensils. However pots and pans need a serious upgrade. The non scratch cookware is mostly scratched so bring your own if you plan on cooking. Grill was very dirty. The basement is uninhabitable given the musty dank smell. Overall not healthy! You can see from their photos this property is dated but that’s not the problem. Unfortunately it has been let go. Paint mostly peeling off the deck and loose boards. Not safe! Downstairs bathroom shower basically unusable. This property has potential as the location and lake view are great, but needs some very serious maintenance and a professional cleaner. Disappointing that other reviews do not reflect the condition of this property. I am doubting renting through VRBO in the future for this reason.

Our stay

First of all The host was a very kind man. There were alot of things we were not happy with. As far as the cleanliness not great, for 275$ that we paid windows had alot of dead bugs also baseboards not cleaned which also had dead bugs. Ceiling fan had cobwebs, top of fridge filthy. The inside of cabinets dirty finding of mouse droppings. As far as supplies in kitchen not great pots and pans old, dirty.They told us it was a new grill when we turned it on it caught on fire my husband had to clean it out it took him 40 minutes. The outside wall of deck had dead bugs Should have been power washed I don't think it has been . We had no dock when we got there under water which was one main reason we rented which we had no use for the week. The owner came the day we got there trying to fix it which should have been done before we arrived. We had alot of inconveniences of him being there for three days of our vacation trying to fix the second shower and dock which again the dock never got fixed and was unsafe. Being of his age he should hire professionals for upkeep of property.
