A Pismo Beach classic beach vacation yours in this two bedroom, 2 bath condo. This spacious condo is in a wonderful downtown Pismo location just one block from the beach, boardwalk and pier and walking distance to to all downtown Pismo Beach has to offer. If you rather stay in and cook there is a big dining room area with plenty of seating and a big back yard if you want to barbeque.

The living room is furnished with a comfortable queen size sleeper sectional, a flat screen tv and a warm gas fireplace.

The en suite master bedroom has a king size bed, jacuzzi tub shower and its own private patio. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and is situated adjacent to a second full bath. The washer and dryer is located in the hall utility closet.

Great location

Because of the awesome location we were able to park the car and walk to all the places we wanted to go. The beach, the shops, and everything else was in walking distance. Nice home.

The location was 10/10!! Beds were comfy and everything was clean. Only negative was that the shower in the master bathroom is very old and awkward, bordering on dangerous, to get in and out of. The entire unit and furnishings could use an update but the cleanliness made it easier to overlook.

Great location House as described

We've stayed in this neighborhood before and loved it. This house is a couple of blocks from the beach and the same from food and shops. It fit our family just perfectly. A teenager on the couch and another on the blow up mattress that is provided. Seems like the owner is remodeling little by little. The first bathroom has been updated. Also, new flooring throughout. The kitchen was dated but everything worked!We had no issue with the primary bathroom's shower being too deep.

Perfect location

Very large Condo. It had everything you could need. Good size kitchen. Bathrooms are adequate. The master has an old round tub with a shower, but we didn’t use it. Looked two awkward to access. The hall shower was just right. King mattress could stand to be replaced. It’s not awful, but not great. We didn’t use the second bedroom. Over all, I would stay again, and I do recommend this unit. Covered parking was a bonus. Walking distant to town and one block to the beach.

Location is the only benefit of this place

It’s an older building not updated at all. Rental through a rental company that you have to deal with them much different than a regular vacation rental by owner. No amenities. Ac doesn’t work. Would not stay here again

Great spot close to all shops and the beach, the place was clean but it has this little nagging musty odor , I'm not sure if its the carpet that needs cleaning or that the place has been closed up for a while, other than that it was greast,

master room you had to climb into a deep tub for the shower and it was very slippery you had to be really careful not good for seniors. 2nd bathroom right next to kitchen/dinning room no privacy. Location was awesome!!!

Great location with nice grass outdoor area

Pro's....Great location, 2 underground parking spots, nice little lawn with gas BBQ( sun and shade areas), comfortable beds. Cons....Had slight smell of dog( in fairness, it is a pet friendly rental), a bit outdated( could use paint, newer furniture, flooring), master shower doubles as a Jacuzzi tub and is difficult to get into because it has a shower door on it and about a 2 1/2 foot wall to step up on to. You have to step up, then duck under the top of shower door then carefully step a couple feet down into tub. The other shower is very small and narrow. Overall, the place is a good value with nice outside area and excellent location.

Pleasant stay

A very warm and cozy unit one block from the beach . The proximity to the beach made it super convenient to take long beach walks without having to worry about parking. The unit had all the conveniences we wanted for our stay and is in a fantastic location close to everything. Will come back again.

Great stay - as advertised

Overall, a great stay. A couple of small bumps however: 1. This is a pet-friendly unit, meaning there’s a slight odor of dog. This might be an issue if you have allergies. 2. There was an unavoidable maintenance issue, the dryer vent and the fireplace vent needed scheduled maintenance. We weren’t told about this when we booked the unit. The property management did their best, but were unable to get it rescheduled. They did refund us a portion of our booking fee.

Cozy beach spot and great setup

The house was a great size with 2 rooms and 2 full baths! LOVED how close to the beach it was. Basically front door. Great spots to rent things for beach too. It was a needed change from quarantine.

Overall great location, a block from the beach and close to restaurants etc! Property is nice and spacious. A bit dated but totally functional. Enjoyed the stay and better price than many other properties close to the beach.

Close to beach, comfortable space

We really liked the location and the place itself. Unfortunately someone must have had an animal there because there were fleas and I went home with about 15 bites. Hopefully that can be taken care of because the place was quite nice

Pismo beach condo

Location is great! Size of condo is excellent! Laundry facilities inside condo makes everything easier. Has a nice little patio to sit out doors. There are a few issues with things inside: master bedroom. Blinds are missing some slats. Dining room table/chairs upholstery is ripped and torn Couch has a downward slope which makes it uncomfortable to sit on. If these items were fixed it would be perfect...

Nice Location

Just blocks from the beach. Easy walking to restaurants and businesses. Off street parking in assigned spot next to the unit is a plus. Would book again.

Close to everything and not in the middle

Anything you could want to eat well within walking distance, one to seven short blocks away. Only drove twice in ten days, to the grocery store, Vons 2.6 miles away, multiple other small markets within blocks of condo. Beach was large, beautiful, nice boardwalk and pier, nearby enough to hear waves crashing from condo.
