Welcome to this convenient condo in Bonita Springs! Recently renovated as of summer 2022, this is the perfect spot for families or couples. There is a private furnished balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or enjoy a romantic dinner in the evening. The condo is equipped with a community gas grill, so you can cook up your favorite meals outdoors. The shared heated pool and tennis court are perfect for staying active. The outdoor shower by the pool will be perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. And if you need to do some laundry during your stay, no problem - there is a private washer/dryer in the condo. An extra sofa bed provides an extra sleeping space for guests of all ages.

When it comes to entertainment, the condo has streaming access so you can watch your favorite shows or listen to your favorite music. The kitchen is fully appointed with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare memorable and delicious home-cooked meals for the group. The dining table by the living area can seat up to six people comfortably and you can find three additional spaces at the breakfast bar.

Things to Know
Guests will have access to the recently renovated Bonita Bay Private Beach Club. The private beach shuttle runs from November to May. Please know that the guest must register each person in their party on the rental agreement sent by the management company after booking. Please be sure to include the guest's email and name in your party to receive a shuttle pass via email.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
