Enjoy outside living with a large sun deck and lovely firepit perfect for s'mores. Property is less than 4 minutes to Indian River Marina. Enjoy local restaurants just minutes away! Grocery stores are just minutes away as well.

We had a wonderful week with our family and pups!! House was lovely and plenty of space for us all. Brought our boat and having the dock right there at the house was absolutely perfect! Gillian and Damon were quick to respond with any questions we had and offered great recommendations on the surrounding marinas and restaurants as well! We love Norris Lake!

This was our first trip to the Norris Lake area and we had a great stay at this property. Our group enjoyed the location and the ease getting to and from the dock. Overall, the house and the location exceeded our expectations. We definitely will be back.
