About this property

Beautiful Mountain Chalet- Sierra Tahoe Area

It's vacation every day in your place under the pines! This home exudes that Tahoe-esque feel of comfort and relaxation. Just 2.5 miles from Sly Park recreation area, home to beautiful Jenkinson Lake where boating, kayaking, mountain biking or hiking are just minutes away! We have great fishing and off road 4x4 trails as an attraction.
This home is situated on a sprawling lot with a deep driveway and expansive garage. The main level offers an open floor plan. Upstairs, you will be delighted by the natural light that floods the space, which includes a bonus room, and a master suite. Below the main house, you will find a separate living quarters with access from the garage. A private retreat with a living room, bedroom and bathroom.
We are located in very beautiful part El Dorado County. But we do get impacted by some natural disasters depending on the season.
We are not responsible for the sudden evacuation orders caused by wildfires. Winters can be rough in this area as well.
You might need snow chains, please follow local weather guidelines.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The Retreat is our getaway that we enjoy sharing with others when we are unable to use it. Respect that this is not a hotel and keep the home tidy (your cleaning fee pays for the cleaning of linens & sanitization).
We purchased a home in this location to get away from the city and enjoy the serenity of the mountains. We ask that you remember that our neighbors live here for the same reasons. If you have any issues, our property manager is only a few houses away.
