The cabin has tons of amenities to enjoy with friends and family including, a huge outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, a gas fire pit. This serene private cabin also boasts a huge amount of household amenities for a calm and relaxing stay.

Mountain Manor is the perfect retreat to relax with jaw dropping unobstructed views of Mt Leconte and the Smokies!

Enjoy the large heated private pool, Hotub and BBQ. Or dine and lounge outdoors next to the stars. And take pictures of the views to create memories for years to come.

Inside the cabin you will find a fully equipped kitchen with blenders, Keurig and drip coffee machines, griddles, and all the appliances to make your meals with.

You will also find family board games, books, foosball as well as high speed wifi and direct TV with sports in the living room.

Each bedroom comes with its own panoramic views of the trees and mountain right out the the window. Wake up to ever changing colors of the smokies. All the rooms also comes equip with 4k direct TV with the sports channels.

Our Cabin is only for responsible guest who will respect and not damage the cabin. Guest booking must be 21 years or older. No Pets. No parties or events. No Smoking or Drug use on property. No fireworks allowed.
Winter months pool will not be in service (October-March)

Parking area and entrance are under video surveillance.


Entire cabin except for one small locked owner's closet.

Cabin is located on 44 acres of privacy, and access is through maintained gravel roads.

Vehicles: It only snows usually once or twice a year and melts away a day after. Normal vehicles can make the drive up no issue. Highly recommend 4x4's if it snows, bad weather, or unfamiliar with mountain roads.

*Water is gold, our water is limited in these woods as we are on our own well system. Please do not waste water or you will run out. Please make sure all water sources are turned off when not in use.

-Please note that this cabin is a natural secluded forest area where there are bugs, insects, critters, bears and other animals. Unfortunately with a cabin in the woods these factors will be in play.

We do have a pest control company that routinely treats the property. We ask that you please be mindful and clean up any food outside that attracts these animals. Please remember to close all windows and doors to prevent the bugs and critters from coming in. We also recommend bringing bug spray and wearing a light jacket at night if outside.
