Newly remodeled (Sept. 2016) corner unit condo (see updated pictures) is a tropical oasis overlooking a beautiful private beach and Gulf of Mexico. This unit is professionally decorated and includes a new comfortable king size bed, pull-out couch, full kitchen with all the accessories for your comfort and pleasure. Our goal is to provide you with all of the comforts of home while relaxing and enjoying the warm sun, salt water and beaches of Southwest Florida that you can cherish for a lifetime.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with appliances. If you prefer to eat out there are many great places to dine across the street or within a short walking distance to the world famous Fort Myers Beach. This 12th Floor, Penthouse unit offers sleeping for 2-4 persons on the king-size bed and queen sleeper sofa. A brand new, easy gliding, heavy slider door provides privacy.

For your convenience all linens are provided except beach towels.

The open air lanai invites you to relax as you watch the dolphins, many coastal birds, or fantastic sunsets or just listen to the rhythm of the waves.

We are located on the tranquil South end of Estero Island on the World's Safest Beach; shallow waters with no undertow, making it great for swimming as well as shelling. Walk across the street for your readily available vacation needs including many restaurants, bank, boutique and gift shops, large drug store with many grocery staple items, post office, liquor store, marina with boat rentals, ice cream shop and more. Walk only or few blocks to the 18 hole golf course or to the dinner movie theater.

The island trolley is available across the street to take you to the North end to 'the action' of Time Square or Bowitch Park for only a small charge. You can also take this trolley off the South end to Lovers Key Park or Bonita Springs. Enjoy the 10 acres of beautiful tropically landscaped common area which provides 4 clay tennis courts, a large climate controlled heated pool, shuffle board, gas grill, as well as many sunning areas with lounge chairs and there is still room for kite flying on those ocean breezy days. Laundry is also provided on site for your convenience.

Great Get-A-Way

Overall, I think the Estero Beach and Tennis Club condo was a GREAT escape for a relaxing vacation. The sunsets were extraordinary. The grounds were manicured to perfection and the people we met there were very friendly. The only cons we had were the lack of information between us and the condo owner. We were never told we had to use the key cards to be able to access the gate next to the tennis courts so we could leave the premises to go walk across the street to enjoy the restaurants. We had to walk all the way back to our Condo to get the card and we got the wrong colored card. We had to walk back again one more time. Also, the cable and TV was NOT working properly when we got there and had to e-mail the owner to get it taken care of the following morning. Another con was that the pool closed at 7:30 PM every evening and I thought was a little early and we could not enjoy it after we returned from our dinners. Ed, the Chief Security Guard was a lifesaver and filled us in on all lacking info we needed. He was also very knowledgeable of the local attractions and restaurants. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and plan to stay again in the future. For the price we thought it was a GREAT deal!!!!!

Anniversary getaway

If your looking for a clean, comfortable place with an awesome view, this is the place for you!! My husband and I spent a week here and totally enjoyed every minute. Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We are looking forward to coming back next year.

Wouldn't rent from again

Exterior property was good. The pool was warm..... didn't help in the heat. Ill start with the cons bc there's alot to list. Property overall interior-wise, not good. Blinds need to be updated, had to stand on a chair in front of the windows of the 12th floor just to get them to close. Sliding door to the balcony did not seal so there was a crack of hot air coming in, had to run the air conditioner 24/7. 2 outlets I saw didn't have covers, risk of getting electrocuted to plug something in. The fan in the bathroom didn't work. Remote controls didn't work well, had to use my nail to press down hard on the buttons to turn on/off and change channels, didn't use tv much bc of that. Hornets nests on balcony. King size bed is hard, pull out couch is better, although it looks like someone's dog clawed the cushions pretty good. There's only one small pot and one medium sized frying pan if u plan to cook alot instead of eating out. We stayed a week and went thru the one tiny trash bag that was left for us in the can. Had to buy more. Only one dishwashing machine pellet was left, we had to buy more of those. There is divider wall but the part that latches to the wall to keep it shut was detached so we hardly used it so it wouldn't break even more (would have been nice to use for some privacy from our kids).

Pros, had alot of items we could use daily, dishes, floaties, microwave, dishwasher, beach towels, things like that. Across the street was everything we needed. CVS, restaurants (fav was The Sandbar), ice cream place, a couple shops, a bait place/marina. We were able to check in earlier than 3, that was good.

Overall, I wouldn't stay again. I have stayed in other condos in this We and they were much better. There were times I would wait days for a reply from emails. I did send the owner a email with the issues we had and he said he would address them. If you come here and you notice the same issues then you know he didn't care enough to fix them but your taking that chance. I was wondering why there hadn't been any recent reviews of this property.... hmmm....?

I feel bad writing this review but I do feel cheated for what I paid and could've gotten in another unit so I don't want someone else feeling this way. I truly believe in reviews and recommendations from other people's experiences.

In the last seven years that I've owned the unit I have had nothing but raving reviews and multiple families and people that of come back year after year because of the quality of the unit, the amenities nearby the type of recreational product we provide to our tenets and the general love for the beautiful and unobstructed view of the beach and beautiful waterway
