This listing is two updated historical fishing cottage apartments from the days when the Matlacha Pass Marine Reserve was a booming fishery. This historic cottage provides beautiful views, open water breezes and the best feature-our sunsets falling into nature!

Front apartment. We have another private apartment behind this unit which shares this cottage.

Fishing is recommended. Swimming is not! Take a day trip to Costa Maya from Pine Island for the best beach in the US! There are other amazing beach options from ferries and tours leaving Pine Island and Matlacha. Please book the entire cottage with property ID: 3719955 if wish to rent the entire which includes the back studio unit.
