THE SPACE
The back guest suite at one of the Matlacha cottages. You have a separate and private entrance by way of the breezeway. The space includes a king sized bed with a new Roku tv, brand new gourmet efficiency kitchen, and eating area and or office with new luxury lvp flooring that have the best views on the island of the Matlacha Aquatic Preserve. Privacy walls have been installed for a more privacy outside between units.

Walk down the breezeway in between the cottages and the villa to the waterfront side of the green cottage.
