Thank you for considering our beach house for your vacation. This gorgeous home has recently undergone a transformation, including many updates and renovations with brand new furnishings and décor.

This beach house sits on a beautiful stretch of the Florida Atlantic, located on A1A where you will see majestic sunrises on the ocean side and beautiful sunsets over the marsh from the front porch. There are no homes on the marsh side of A1A and there is no public access to the beach for a mile in either direction. The only folks you will see on the beach are ooccupants of homes along this secluded strip. No need to fight crowds or search for a spot for your beach chair and umbrella. The beach is uncrowded, providing a relaxing and private experience.

We are located midway between Ponte Vedra Beach and St. Augustine. A 15-minute scenic drive will have you in the middle of historic downtown St. Augustine where you can enjoy numerous golf courses, restaurants, attractions, and tours. In local Vilano Beach, it’s 7 minutes to Caps on the Water or Aunt Kate’s. Here you will also find the Publix Grocery store and the famed fishing pier for incredible sunsets. Receive a relaxing treatment at The Sawgrass Marriott Spa in Ponte Vedra Beach and spend the day enjoying their outdoor pool and facility or golfing on their world famous courses. The city of Jacksonville is 30 minutes away and has sports, entertainment, shopping, and world class health care.

The first floor of the home provides a cozy atmosphere with comfortable seating and swivel chairs for ocean viewing through French doors that face the sea. The sleeper sofa faces the tiled, gas-powered fireplace and large screen television. There is a game table for making puzzles, playing board games, or using your laptop; or to use for casual dining while watching your favorite show or sports event. The kitchen is fully appointed and boasts an oversized butcher block island in addition to seating for twelve. The back deck provides and additional dining table as well as a gas grille

The second floor has three bedrooms. All beds offer comfy Gel Memory Foam mattresses. The master bedroom is oversized and features a king bed with a direct view of the ocean. There is a large television, a small office area with desk and a walk-in closet. The master bathroom is completely renovated with a beautifully tiled shower and a relaxing soaking tub overlooking the marsh. The second bedroom is extra roomy and has a queen bed with a direct view of the ocean, a twin chair bed, a television, and a great closet. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a set of very sturdy bunk beds, with a television and a roomy closet. The second bathroom is directly on the ocean side of the house with views in every direction. Take in the sight of the sea from the glass enclosed shower. A laundry room with washer and dryer is also conveniently located on the second floor.

Enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine on the shaded back deck with a panoramic view of the Atlantic or relax on the cushioned lounge chairs in the sun. There is an outdoor handheld shower sprayer for cleaning off after the beach. Cook steaks on the gas grill and enjoy dinner at the outdoor dining table overlooking the ocean. For additional security, there is a security camera located at the front of the beachhouse facing the street, and a camera on the back of the beachhouse facing the ocean.
