Very good location, close to downtown, shops and restaurants. The house was very comfortable, comfortable beds and we had everything we needed. The backyard and pool was a great spot for our family to hang out. The host was super sweet and accommodating with excellent communication. We definitely will keep this property in mind for our next trip.

Loved the pool and comfortable seating. Plenty of indoor space for our group. Kitchen had everything we needed. Might want to check on the roof leak and clean out the pool shed.

First of all…Tammy, the host, was just phenomenal!! We had a few questions and she was there in no time to help us out!!! The house has lots of space. The kitchen was perfectly equipped!! The pool was wonderful and the perfect temperature!! We look forward to visiting St. Augustine and staying here again!!!

Was not able to stay because roaches are everywhere in the house the pool heater didn’t work like stated the house was dirty we ask for a refund and the owner has not responded I have pics and videos of everything.

We are in Florida but have doubled up on monthly sprays. We have a lovely home with pool very close to downtown and both beaches. We will be doing our spring cleaning and painting in April. We will have a very fresh feel. Come check us out!

Location is awesome. Tammy, our host was very friendly and helpful but we were disappointed that the pool wasn’t heated when we arrived nor working the following day. Could have used more dish soap and garbage bags.

Old house in desperate need of renovation. Very dirty & downright dingy. Cobwebs in corner ceilings in kitchen, dirty fan blades, musty, mildew odor in some of the rooms. Tiny ants in master & small roaches in kitchen. One master sink faucet inoperable with no water flow. Master fan set on 1 fixed setting, non adjustable. Rust in bathtub (bare feet standing on rust) in guest bathroom. Emergency safety lights with wires exposed & hanging on wall. Surely not up to code. Nothing like what was described by other renters in property description. "9" ratings were downright false. Maybe years ago, but not today. Way overpriced for the condition it is actually in.

This lovely home, renovated in 2017 is in one of the most sought after areas in the heart of St Augustine. Pest control had just sprayed and any bugs were dying. We are in Florida. Spring deep cleaning is slated for the first of April. We are booked often so that will be our first opportunity. It is cleaned after each guest thoroughly. There are no hanging wires as all of the emergency lighting, smoke detectors and extinguishers, found below the sink, have been inspected by the city fire marshal and approved. Painting is slated for the second week of April. Our guests really enjoy coquina cove and we take great pride in our home. Thank you. Our team.

Beautiful Getaway

The property was clean and perfect for two families with four kids. Everyone had plenty of space and the kids loved playing in the heated pool. The host was very kind and easy to communicate with. In addition, the location was convenient being minutes from Historic St. Augustine and equally close to the beach. We had a great stay!

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay in St. Augustine. We loved the pool and big private backyard. The house was in a quiet neighborhood yet close drive to downtown and the beach. The owner was always available to chat if we had a question!
