Beautiful, Hilton Head Island 2BR/2BA Villa.. 100 Yards from the Atlantic Ocean!


Our villa is located in Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort. Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort is a gated community located mid-island on one of the widest and most beautiful beaches on the Island. During the months of June July and August we rent weekly Saturday to Saturday.

The resort has many amenities to accommodate almost all guests' wants and needs such as: an indoor boardwalk with a bar and restaurant, and a convenient store. Bike and roller blade rentals are available on site to use on the many paved bike trails around the island. The resort has many lighted tennis and pickle ball courts, a tennis pro-shop, fitness facility, playground for the children, basketball courts, shuffle board and charcoal grills at the picnic areas for all guests use. Equipment for activities can be reserved at the Tennis Pro Shop located at the end of the tennis courts,

This condo is just 100 yards from the children's pool and the largest pool on the island which overlooks the beach and ocean. Poolside you will find many arts and craft events that can be scheduled for the children, a restaurant, a tiki bar, live music, snow-cone shack, and shuffleboard all available in season. There is also movie night once a week poolside. The beach has umbrella and chair rentals available. There is also sand volleyball on the beach which equipment can be obtained at the resorts' tennis pro shop.

The villa has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, dining room, and a balcony. This villa comes fully furnished including dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, microwave, silverware, blender toaster, 3 flat screen TVs, sheets, towels, etc... All for your convenience and comfort!

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The villa is to be left in the condition when you entered- all garbage taken out, dishes clean, furniture clean and put in its proper place.
The utility closet kept orderly-chairs and toys swept off to remove sand. Help cleaning by putting all sheets and towels in tubs before checking out.
Please respect our villa and treat it like you would treat your own home.

Relaxing stay

Really enjoyed our stay. We really like the amenities of the property - onsite restaurants especially. The pool and proximity to the beach were also a big plus.Our property manager was great - communication was timely and complete.Would definitely stay here again.

Great place!!

This was a 10/10 for us! We loved staying here and it was perfect for our family of 5! The condo was very clean and as described. A couple minutes walk to the pool/beach and laundry, so very convenient for us. A beautiful place to stay and very communicative and helpful hosts! We hope to stay again soon!!

Great Condo

This condo was one of the larger ones we've stayed at on HHI. Had everything we needed and was clean upon arrival. Richard (owner) was excellent to deal with. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place

We LOVE staying here! Its close to gym, laundry, bike rental, tennis courts! Slight walk to beach but manageable! The place is cozy and always clean! The owners are reachable even though I have not had to communicate with them while staying! We will be back again!!

Great property in a good location

We had a great one-week stay in Hilton Head at this property. It's close to the beach and the tennis/pickleball courts. The condo was well maintained. The host was very responsive to our communications. I have an annual conference in Hilton Head every July, so I am hoping we can book this property again next year!

Great property for our HHI spring break

We stayed at the property with our two kids (10 and 12) for spring break. We had everything we needed and the location was great. The kids enjoyed the beach and the pool and we made full use of the tennis facilities playing daily. The location of this particular unit is great for tennis as it’s right next to the courts and my wife could sit and watch my son and I play from the front of the unit. We’d stay there again.
