Beautiful Beach House - Walk to the beach!

Beautiful San Clemente home within walking distance to the beach with AMAZING touches throughout. Completely remodeled with brand new kitchen appliances. Bathroom has nice walk-in shower or soak in the freestanding bathtub. Perfect home to relax and recharge. Bring the family to enjoy the area. You can get ready for those special events. Wedding venues are close by. Sleeps up to 6 people (2 beds plus pull out sofa bed). We are child and infant friendly (games and toys for families). No pets allowed at this time. Thank you for understanding.

Easy beach access puts you and your family within a 5 minute walk from San Clemente's world famous 204's beach. The North Beach trail head to the San Clemente Beach Trail is a 5 minute walk away and will take you on a 2.3 mile ocean view journey that will lead you past the pier to Calafia Beach. If you decide to continue your journey on a more rustic trail you can continue all the way south to "Cotton's Point" (where you will find President Nixon's Western White House). We are also at the bike trail head to Dana Point Harbor. Our home is also just a 5 minute drive to downtown San Clemente, where you can dine, shop, and enjoy the quaint Del Mar Avenue or you could head to the famous San Clemente Pier and Fisherman's restaurant (also a 5 minute ride away). The Ole Hanson Beach Club and public pool is a 5 minute walk. There are several parks within walking distance. The outlet mall is less than a 5 minute drive away. You are a short car ride from world class Trestles and San Onofre beaches.

-The relaxing beach house is a stand alone structure. It sits on a 4,300 sq ft lot.
It is located along the front of the property when standing at the street. The firepit and seating areas are located in the front of the home. There is a 2 car garage and adu at the back of the property with separate entrance. We have a couple outdoor ring cameras.

Wedding weekend

The house was perfect for us traveling cross country with an 4 and 7 year old. Everything was super clean and location was awesome!

Cozy beach bungalow

This cute bungalow was a perfect place for a long weekend getaway. It was clean, cozy, and peacefully quiet. A fairly quick stroll led us to to the El Portal and to an independent coffee shop that became a favorite during our stay. Rita was easy to connect with and accommodating during our stay.

Perfect home away from hone

This house was so perfect! It was clean and in a quiet location near the beach. Rita, the owner, was quick to respond to any questions we had. It was fully stocked with everything you will need. We definitely hope to stay here again!

The most beautiful little home away from home!!!

In town for a family wedding and this rental was fantastic!! Update, stylish and clean…loved the front yard seating for morning coffee and the entire house was adorable. We had 4 adults and one 7 month old and it had everything we could have needed. Highly recommend to anyone in the San Clemente area!! Wonderful stay!!!

Lovely little beach bungalow!

This place was so clean, cozy and comfortable! We loved the quiet neighborhood and the proximity to coffee shops and brunch spots. Sitting outside next to the fire pit in the evening was a lovely way to end the day after spending an afternoon at the beach. The kitchen was gorgeous and made the perfect gathering spot for our small group. Rita, the host, was extremely responsive and quickly answered all our questions. We hope to return to this little oasis someday!

Great location and lovely home

A great setup that spend a few days with my sun. The home was exactly as expected and even more. Communication with host was seamless and friendly. Love all of the the details in the home that were not overlooked for a hassle fee stay. Well equipped kitchen, updated design aesthetics and beautiful outdoor space (fire pit was a win). We could easily walk to beach path and to many of the restaurants and shops in San Clemente. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome home in great neighborhood

Arrived on the 4th of July for a quick 5 night stay in SC. The neighborhood was on fire with fireworks which was very festive. It was an also short walk to the beach to watch the official fireworks at the pier. House is very clean, has a nice kitchen and comfortable beds. We were in San Clemente to surf and had 4 longboards with us plus a couple short/mids. There is plenty of storage area in the backyard but a bit awkward to access from the front driveway. We opted to leave boards on the car which was parked in driveway and all was good. I would stay here again.

Serenity Bungalow

From the second I set foot on this perfect little property I felt relaxed! Everything from the colors on the walls and the styling of the home was pure California Serenity, and full of San Clemente Charm! The kitchen was well supplied for us to make our simple morning meal on immaculate appliances! Surprisingly, the single bathroom had a spa like feel with a charming tub, and a wonderful separate shower that made the bathroom feel bigger for being the only one in the house. The bedrooms were large too, with plenty of storage space and an additional tv in a bedroom was nice to have, as I am a horrible sleeper so I tend to wake up and watch tv. The living room was also a perfect cozy alternative to my favorite spot of this home.... the fire pit outside! We truly enjoyed our morning coffee and our night caps out in this "extra living area" as the weather was perfect to sit by the fire pit! This home was a perfect location for us, close to everything! We loved walking to see the water, or shopping and finding great food all near by! A perfect spot for me and my two long time friends to gather and have a weekend of relaxing and catching up! I certainly hope to stay here again, and 100% recommend this wonderful home!

Thanksgiving with our family

Our oldest daughter recently moved down to Laguna Niguel for work. We wanted to spend Thanksgiving with her but also wanted a little beach get away vacation. This location was perfect. We will come back for sure. Rita was great and very communicative.

Lovely Cozy Home

What a lovely home. We booked this location for a wedding at the Ole Hanson Beach Club. It is exactly as pictured. It’s cozy and clean. You can’t beat the location. Rita was on top of all communication, making checking in a breeze. We will definitely choose this location again.

Great home

This was a great home, very nicely remodeled! Great location, close to the beautiful beach trails. We happened to stay during an unusually hot weekend. Although there is no air conditioning, we were glad that there were good fans in each room. We hope to stay here again. It is a great place!
