Beautiful place in the heart of the town

Loved the stay. Beautiful roof top deck watched the sunset each evening. Full ocean view. Great space same block as all the great restaurants!

Great property for our vacation. The house had everything we needed for our family including larger items ( highchair& pack n play) for our baby. Location was ideal for shopping and restaurants. Roof top was great for outdoor dining. Well stocked kitchen and panty supplies. Garage access was so convenient right out the door. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous house with great location & views

Fantastic house with great space and walkable to everything you need. Spent Memorial Day weekend here to visit our son, a Marine at Camp Pendleton. This place is wonderful, and communication with the owner was great if we ever needed anything. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay in Sunny San Clemente

The property is all that I hoped for and more. The townhome was very comfortable and clean and had everything you would need from cooking in the beautiful kitchen to beach towels for relaxing at the beach. The location was perfect. You almost didn't need a car because everything you need is walking distance. I highly recommend staying at this townhome.

Great stay

We loved this place for our family! The location was great . It was about a 15 min walk to the beach and then after the beach we were able to take the trolley back. The house is about a 4 min walk to trolley. Super easy. Great location for shops and restaurants all with in walking distance Between walking and taking trolley everywhere we barely had to get back in our car. House was clean and lots of items to use. Great patio on the roof to eat and relax on. Was able to park In the semi private garage which was nice Easy check in and check out process

Sand and sun in San Clemente

We escaped a cold February in Toronto to enjoy two weeks in this lovely place in San Clemente. The place is nicely decorated, with a wonderful rooftop view of the water and sunsets. Lots of natural light. Walks on the beach, great restaurants all within walking distance. We travelled to Carlsbad one day and went to the Nixon Library and Museum, both of which were worth it. Definitely recommend this place. Scott is a great host.

Scott and Kelly are married and have lived in Chico Ca. for the past 25 years. Their first experience with vacation rentals was with an ocean home in West Palm Beach Florida. Then they bought a beautiful property on Taveuni Fiji and created a small resort called Matei Point that had 5 vacation houses on the tip of the island. With Scott winding down, selling 22 rentals and his bagel shop in Chico (42 years ownership) they bought this brand new construction home in the heart of San Clemente and will welcome their first guests July 2, 2021. Both Scott and Kelly have spent their careers perfecting customer service having owned 8 restaurants, a travel agency, a resort and numerous long term rentals. Kelly (the brains of the operation) remains working as Vice President of 5th Sun Enterprises. A Chico based company in the licensed apparel industry. With a love of travel, an adventurous spirit and an attention to detail they hope to share their little slice of heaven with people who love to have fun and are appreciative of their creation.
