Ideal location!

We have children and the location and setup were wonderful. You can hear people walking upstairs, but it's an old home so to be expected. We enjoyed the place and hope to come back again.

USED TOO BE GREAT THAN VOCASA CAME ALONG

INCREASE IN RENT IS 42%!! OUTRAGEOUS. DOWN RIGHT USURY HOUSE IS GREAT LOCATION AND NICE SET UP FOR A LARGE FAMILY. IT'S THREE APARTMENTS TWO 2/2 AND ONE STUDIO. IF YOU DON'T TAKE THE ENTIRE HOUSE AND THE UPPER OR DOWN UNIT IS RENTED AND THEY HAPPEN TO BE NOISY, YOU WILL HEAR EVERYTING. THE COFFEE TABLE DOWNSTAIRS IS NO MORE THAN A SLAB OF SLATE OVER WOOD, NOT ATTACHED. THE CORNERS OF THE SLATE IS DOWNRIGHT DANGEROUS. WE ALWAYS WRAPPED AND TAPED TOWELS AROUND THE CORNERS. I CAN'T EMPHASIZE ENOUGH THAT THIS IS NOT, I REPEAT, NOT, A $10K/WEEK PROPERTY. NOW LETS SEE IF YOU ACTUALLY PUBLISH THIS TO THE PUBLIC. I BET NOT
