Spacious

Queen City Gem worked out great for me to stay with co-workers while at a conference nearby. We were able to use the wi-fi for work and spread out for privacy. The neighborhood was quiet and had a Harris Teeter grocery store nearby. Being close to I-485 was convenient. The value for a 4 bedroom home is unbeatable.

I fell in love with this house, I have never seen such a clean, easy check-in, feeling right at home type of vibe! it was such a big space and it was decorated so cute, I can’t wait to book this property again!

Why they chose this property

This home is a gem! It is truly the best of both worlds. Guest are afforded the privacy of the country and proximity of all the local venues of the thriving Charlotte city. The property is located approximately 20 min from Uptown CLT and just 5-10 mins from UNC-Charlotte, PNC Music Pavilion, Concord Mills and Charlotte Motor Speedway. There is also a gorgeous nature preserve mins up the road that provides scenic views, playgrounds for children, and a variety of nature trails.

What makes this property unique

This home is very spacious and comfortably sleeps 8-10 people. It is loaded with all of the comforts and amenities that you never get from a hotel room. The large backyard and patio provides room for grilling out and relaxing with loved ones by the firepit. There is plenty of games and activities for adults and children. I'm positive that you will enjoy your stay.
