Great stay in West Ashley

My wife and I were traveling with our son and daughter-in-law for a house hunting trip. The accommodations were perfect for the four of us. We loved the location, easy access and parking. Highly recommend this house!

Convenient location with kind host!

Property was clean and organized! Comfortable beds. We landed late in Charleston and Josie had taken the time to set up the pack n play for us so we could get the baby to bed right away. There is a gate at the top of the stairs to keep kiddos safe. Thanks for the great stay.

Beautiful home

We enjoyed our 3 night stay in Charleston. The place was amazing. New construction. Super clean and well decorated. We had plenty of room and enjoyed the space. The owners were wonderful to deal with. We would definitely recommend for a peaceful place to stay.

Great location and very clean property!

I am from Charleston and sometimes we need a place to stay while visiting. This is a great location and is really 20 minutes from everything. The home is very clean and comfortable! We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Christmas Vacation

Everything was perfect in our "home" away from home. The property was exactly as described and was a great central location from the airport, downtown, the beach and our plantation tour. There is shopping nearby where we got everything we needed to cook meals including Christmas dinner in the well stocked kitchen. I especially appreciated how new and clean everything in the home felt. Check-in and check-out were simple. Josie and Wellyn were awesome.

We enjoyed our stay at this very modern and convenient Vrbo! Everything was in working condition, clean and updated. It was convenient to all tourist locations. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location

This is a great location in the middle of Charleston convenient to downtown at a much better price. I’ve stayed in lots of VRBOs and this was the cleanest. The place was spotless and the owners were friendly and accommodating.

Wonderful week in Charleston

Had an amazing time in Charleston. Our stay was excellent. We slept well as it was quiet and comfortable. Host gave us some local restaurant recommendations which helped to get us familiar with the area. All of them were spot on. Would definitely come back in the future.

My VRBO stay in Charleston SC

It was very roomy and had everything we needed. An outdoor grill would have been a nice addition. The beds were very comfortable and all appliances were in good working order. It was located in a quiet neighborhood which was close to the beach and downtown Charleston. You do need a car to get around but two parking spaces off the street are available. We would definitely stay there again.

Friends weekend

We arrived late and were greeted by the host who lives on the property. After entering the property we heard a knock on the door and was presented with beverages stating since we arrived so late they thought we would enjoy a drink! So thoughtful! Also, since we had a car rental snafu, they helped us get to the grocery store the next morning. We would recommend this apartment to anyone. Very comfortable, family oriented place to stay in a great, safe neighborhood. Easy access to everything by uber or car rental.

This is a very nice location. It's a short drive to everywhere. The property is cute and it was clean. However, the living space is small and the couch was uncomfortable. It has a beautiful deck but we couldn't sit out there because there were wasp. TThepproprpropemmmmmmmmanager

The location was completely convenient to downtown and all other fabulous locations! The apartment had everything we needed - was perfect for our mother daughter granddaughter trip!

Amazing place!!

This place was located in the PERFECT spot for us! We were able to get up every morning and go for a run or walk because there’s a walking trail a street over! Dinner was walking distance away and delicious! The owners are so kind and welcoming! The house had everything you could possibly need and was insanely clean! We will be coming back to Charleston and we would absolutely choose this place again!!!

We would definitely stay here again!

We vacationed here from Alabama. The property was beautiful and clean and provided everything we needed for our time there. The hosts were very kind and quickly responded to texts for recommendations, etc. The location was convenient to everything…the beach, downtown, outlets. The only thing I would change, is to install some blinds or curtains in the bedrooms upper window. We were woken up early everyday by the sun blaring in. Overall, great stay and beautiful home!

Perfect Again!

This property is so well-maintained. We stayed here a year ago, and I fully expected that the wear-and-tear of a year’s time would show (especially in a rental), but I was pleasantly surprised to find it looking exactly the same as it did last year. It’s obvious that the owners care. Thank you for again providing us a meticulous, thoughtfully-appointed place to stay!

Great place in a great location

We were incredibly impressed with how spacious the place is. The pictures don't give you a true feel for how big the rooms are. The main living area and kitchen are well done and have everything you need. The girls loved the massive master closet and the spacious master bathroom. The balcony was the perfect spot to watch a thunderstorm roll through in the morning. The location was almost perfect, with the beach just 25 minutes, downtown Charleston just 15 minutes, and shopping & restaurants less than 10 minutes away. The neighborhood was mostly quiet, minus the neighbors dog a few times. Everyone agreed that we would love to stay here again on future trips!

The bicycle/pedestrian path system consists of over 42 miles of interconnected paths linking the City's parks, schools, neighborhoods, historic and natural landmarks and commercial areas.
