Enjoy this cozy beach house, walking distance to the Atlantic Ocean and Pamlico Sound.

Perfect for beachgoers, kiteboarders, water sport enthusiasts, or holidays with families and friends.

Inside, you'll find two living rooms, one with pool table and bar. Large screen TVs with premium cable and surround sound in each. Enjoy stargazing while relaxing in the hot tub on the deck.

Located in the tri-villages, close to dining & shops.

The game room includes plenty of entertainment for staying in. There is a second living area where people can relax, a fully stocked kitchen, and hot tub. Save space in the car - we provide beach chairs and a beach wagon for the days in the sun. Family friendly - we have a high chair and a pack and play available for the little ones. Free washer/dryer is available as well as detergent and dryer sheets.

House is close to all the action - walking distance to world famous REAL Watersports, the beach, Waterman’s Bar and Grill and access to the Tri-Villages sidewalk that bridges Rodanthe, Waves and Salvo shops and restaurants.

We are available to our guests any time. We provide our number to reach us directly by phone or by text. We want to ensure that you have the best time during your stay!

We will provide a welcome package to our guests that highlight activities, walking directions to the beach, where to go for food and fun, and an overview of the area for those that are new to the tri-village area.

Everything you need to have an enjoyable stay on Hatteras Island. We were three groups of friends and the house had everything, comfortable beds, kitchen well equipped and lots of things to do. The pool table was a big hit.

This was an ideal location for our family reunion. We were very comfortable! We had ample room to 9 people to sleep, a well appointed kitchen, and a good proximity to many attractions. There were many books, games, and amenities available including a pool table, puzzles, different types of coffee makers, etc. The host was readily communicative and accessible. Our only wish is that there were some bathmats, a couple more towels, and sheets available for the person who slept on the couch. Thank you for accommodating us so well!

Favorite part of the house was the amount of books available to read. It reminds me of a family cottage you stay at to escape the hectic world. The reason anyone vacations in Hatteras- to get away and unplug. I feel this house reminds you to do that.

Cleanliness of the unit. Broken glass around the hot tub. Just in general disappointed. The owner blamed the cleanliness on us wanting to check in early. The cleaning should have been done properly instead of rushing to let us check in early.

Rusty is correct. Our cleaner is very thorough, but missed a small amount of glass on the deck outside. Rusty asked us 4 different times from multiple phone numbers for an early check-in. Everything else was clean and ready for their stay. Ironically, Rusty left our house dirtier than we’ve ever seen and they only stayed one night.

Beautiful, clean home

Our stay was decidedly too short, but the property was immaculately cleaned and well maintained. The owners clearly care about their guests' experience. While I wish we had been able to stay longer, I definitely recommend the property. The subtle touches, like the sundries provided, were perfect. Even the candle in the kitchen was a subtle yet welcoming touch.
