Resort life is waiting for you at our Pilot House Studio, right in the heart of the the Resort's Village at Baytowne Wharf! This charming studio was recently remodeled and discounted, just in time for your next beach vacation! For larger parties, Pilot House 317 is located next door.

You will be just steps away from the sparkling lagoon swimming pool, hot tub, bbq grills, picnic area, and fitness room! Our Pilot House condo is in the center of it all. You will enjoy the sugar white beach, entertainment at the Baytowne Wharf, and the most beautiful lagoon style swimming pool complex. The Resort offers amenities galore - beach fun, boating, tennis, golf, walking trails, a marina, fishing, and more.

Our cozy studio offers two queen beds, an HDTV, a full bathroom, and a kitchenette complete with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishes and glassware. A nearby elevator makes this unit easily accessible to the pool amenities level.

Walk right out the front door of the Pilot House and wander over to the Village at Baytowne Wharf which is a delight! Walk to world class restaurants, boutique shopping, and a variety of family-friendly activities such as a zip line, bungee-trampoline jumping, evening entertainment, a carousel, rock climbing wall, a kids playground area and remote controlled boats. There are often 'movies on the lawn', art displays, festivals, and special events held at Baytowne Wharf which is the heartbeat of the Resort. Fireworks are a weekly treat during summer time. The tram stop is a few steps away, and makes the trip to the beach a snap! Resort life is waiting for you at #315 Pilot House!

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Perfect little spot

The Pilot House was the best last minute decision! Located right in the Baytowne Warf Village it had everything we needed. Just enough activities for our little family. Not far from the beach either! Super clean and nice! We will definitely be back.

Disappointed Piolt House

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has now stayed at Baytowne Warf 3 times. We have enjoyed all other properties. Although it is newly renovated,this particular property is definitely not comfortable. It is an "attachment" to a larger unit the company is marketing and profiting from. It is cramped, the beds are more of a "full" size and are hard/stiff. It only had 1 coffee cup and no sink in the unit to wash dishes. In addition the microwave is on its way out and took several tries to use. If you are planning on staying for more than 1 day, this is not the unit for you. Upon checking in dirty towels with dark stains were left in the tub. When I called housekeeping the woman insisted they double checked. I asked her if she wanted a picture. She had told me because of how late it was (not my issue) she couldn't get anyone over to get the towels. Therefore, I had to inform her of a solution and suggested that I would pick them up, put in a bag and set in the hallway. She had informed me housekeeping would get them in the morning. However, in the morning several housekeeping members walked past them until I pointed them out. There are several other properties and companies I would recommend using in the area to help you feel comfortable and enjoy your stay in the area.

Perfect Studio!

This is a perfect place to stay for a few nights at Sandestin. You can walk to the Baytowne Wharf and enjoy it all. We played golf and ate at a few restaurants. Even took the tram to the beach. It was great and would highly recommend this condo.
